Such an unpleasant experience for my daughter and I. We walk in to be greeted by none of the staff. They piled two entire entrees into a single togo box. Didn’t bother to ask us if we’d be dining in or getting our food to go. Didn’t offer any beverages. Didn’t offer any sauces. They were out of forks so we had to sit at the table waiting for Giselle to bring out a box of forks. Meanwhile our dinner is getting cold. As we were eating I noticed how the entire staff treated certain people a certain way. The black people who walked in weren’t greeted. At all. And the staff at Panda Express didn’t ask if they wanted a beverage, sauces or anything to drink. Just like the service that we received. But when the white people and the Hispanic people walked in the entire staff was all smiles and giggles and full of greetings. They were offered sauces, sodas and asked if they’d be dining in or getting their food to go. Total difference. My daughter and I noticed everything. This was our first time at this location and it will absolutely be our last. The staff mainly Giselle are selective on how they treat certain customers that actually pay for them to work there. Completely ridiculous behavior for them to have this train of thought in the year 2019. I hope someone from this location or even their corporate office contacts me in regards to the less than and subpar service that was given to us on today. Absolutely lackluster. Take heed to anyone...
Read moreI ordered a online mobile order of a simple bowl meal. I came to the restaurant about 8 minutes after my pickup time just to give them a few minutes of wiggle room during the lunch rush. I stood there at the online pickup line and politely waited for a moment to cut in and say "That's my lunch behind you, could you hand it to me." 36 weeks pregnant and obviously struggling in the heat, all cashiers ignored me. After waiting 10 minutes and seeing the entire line go through, she finally acknowledged me. I had tried 3 times to get her attention even saying "Sorry, that's my order behind you!" and she waved her hand and told me to wait. I get there was a line, but handing me a bag, and getting a customer out of the store to create space, should not have been a problem. I was so frustrated. My lunch was cold, half-filled, and sitting right behind her the entire time. But she was too inconvenienced to hand someone a bag of food that they had ALREADY paid for.
Frustrated, tired, and not returning. The rude employees should be trained on customer service, and that if a line is forming under the "pickup" sign, they are probably there for...you...

I have been here before and the service is good that's the 2 stars... but I do who they hired now 👀...because the lobby was full so i stood outside. Some guy skipped me in line but then noticed after he ordered. He let me go to pay before him. I told the cashier TWICE that the guys food was not mine and he still charged me for it. He rung up the guys food on my ticket and needed a manger to refund. Some girl turned around and said, "Well it's already paid for so you (points to the man who skipped me) should just give her the money."
Honestly, I should have just either took ALL the food -since I paid for it- or karened for a refund but it was a line and I am too nice of a person and I was ready to go.
The guy just cash apped me for his food but I don't like how the girl took my receipt and tossed it.
All of that and the food was bland🙄😒.
I will make it a point to not shop here again but if I do, just know that I will have smoke and time.
I know it's been crazy in this sequel to 2020 but please try to do better. They weren't even...
