I got a matching anklet with my friend for her birthday and mine fell off in 3 days. Would not recommend this permanent jewelry to anyone. They claim about having durable products however this is not the case. And to top it all off they did not provide any kind of adequate solution for what happened. Again I would not recommend their “permanent” jewelry. I had it adjusted with slack still in it and there could have been an issue with it being re-welded on. When having an anklet on your foot you are not going to feel/notice it falling off so you expect it to be more durable than falling off after 3 days. First of all I want to thank Silk N Honey for the most memorable experience and exceptional service. The linker was very knowledgeable about the metal and chains used to create my custom fit bracelet that was welded on with a special machine and welding tool. I have had this bracelet on for a few months and loved every moment of it. The bracelet still looks brand new with little to none aftercare using household items around the house to keep it sparkly clean. Love this store, but the shipping is just entire too slow. For example, I placed an order on December 7th, 2022. Today’s date is December 12th and the label has been created since December 7th. It just reads, “The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.” Usually when I purchase items from here this happens. I’m an avid shopper and I’ve never had boutiques take this long to ship items. Especially when you pay for shipping. I think they only do drop offs on certain days, but I sure would love if they would complete drop offs more often. I’d actually probably purchase more items. Especially since I’m right in a...
