Service was awful. Our waitress couldn’t understand what we were telling her. We tried to speak in Spanish and English. She didn’t bring us silverware or napkins. We waited about 10min with the food on the table for her to finally come back so we could tell her about my food being wrong and that we needed silverware. She brought me the wrong thing and we told her. She didn’t know what to do so I told her it was fine I would just pick off the pulpo off my camarón tostadas. After that she didn’t come back at all till we were done eating. She took a couple plates, didn’t say anything and left. After another 10min I had to call over another waitress for our checks. Another girl came to take some more plates and took my boyfriend’s over half full beer right out of his hand to throw away. We were confused and he took it back, she didn’t apologize or anything and walked away. Our OG waitress finally came back and we told her the checks were separate, my sister alone and then me and my boyfriend together. She came back with the tickets all wrong. She went back to “fix it” and they were still wrong. She went back to the computers and I told my sister to go with her because clearly she didn’t know what we each got. At the computers she proceeded to argue with my sister because she wanted to charge her for my food. The waitress told her she had ordered that and she even clearly SAW her eat it. I had ordered tostadas de camarón, which clearly my sister couldn’t eat because she’s pregnant and can’t have seafood. I’m not even joking there was 5 waitresses at the computers trying to separate them for 15min. Me and my boyfriend got up to see what the issue was. And still they were being rude to us. They got my sisters check “fixed” still charged her for something extra she didn’t order and handed us ours which was completely messed up. It still had my sisters whole food order on there. We told her this and after another 10min she managed to get it semi fixed. They had an attitude about it the whole time. I understand the girl who had to fix it was mad because we weren’t her table and our waitress messed up but she had no reason to be upset at us. If you are in the mood to argue with waitresses over your food that obviously was not made correctly, this is the place to go to. I ordered food, it did not taste correctly. Clearly whoever is cooking is nowhere near competent enough to make the food correctly, it was disgraceful. On top of that, returning food the cook can’t make correctly if his life depended on it, is wrong according to the waitresses. Doesn’t sit right with them so they start arguing about how next time we should order food the “right” way. There will be no next time. Incompetent cook, rude waitresses ready to argue with anyone who doesn’t think their food is right. I guess you are supposed to just consume it even if you don’t like it. Paying 25 dollars for unseasoned fries and a bottle of water. The fish was not eatable old and smells. I think if you are not drunk or smashed the food with their hot sauce you can’t eat it I didn’t even eat the nachos because the sauce was of low quality (not fresh like it is from a battle), service not great but they nice at least.
