Not sure of the service from the check out counter because I never made it to the check out. The young lady whom assisted me was very unprofessional in service and language. This was my 1st time going to try any hair weave and I informed her of that and asked for what I thought was the correct word and she said it's over there. She pointed to an area where all the hair is located in the store. Then went on with a body gesture and poor language to say "what do you want?" She pointed to a package of black which I knew that would not work due to I have a shade of dark brown. I asked for someone else which has a little more experience, afterward the attitude came. She called another young lady whom was nice to help but I couldn't continue to shop due to she speaking aloud to other customers in the store regarding what I was looking for. I proceeded to the front counter to speak to a manager which she followed me to the counter. I explained that the young lady was rude then she went to say she wasn't a young lady. She was all in the conversation that I was trying to have with the Mgr. VERY POOR...

I usually have a pretty good experience here but after tonight I won't ever buy anything from them. It was 30 mins til closing time and it took a good 10 min for someone to finally ask if I needed any help but when she did, the young lady was nice and didn't act like I was bothering her so close to quitting time so I did thank her for that. The kicker was after I made my purchase and proceeded to leave the store, the metal detector went off like it usually does because of my personal protection in my purse. I understood why I was asked to go back through, I'm used to that but after the security guard dug through my purse and didn't see any of your merchandise in it why did Mr. Ching Chang feel the need to go behind and look in it?! All black people aren't thieves. Some of us are educated, working class, tax paying citizens who shop in your stores only because frankly there isn't a big variety black owned beauty supply stores around but if it was, I would support them. Although the girl who helped me was very nice and helpful she lied to me with a smile. Asked her about the quality of the hair and how it would last and she ensured me it was good and that it would last even go back to its natural state after its wash. I purchased 2 packs of the ebin bohemian hair for a sewin. It wasn't 2 weeks before the hair was tangled up and hard to comb without wetting it first. I would put my hair up every night like I would my hair and still in the morning would have to do so much to this hair. I washed my hair in hopes that it would go back to the natural state like the girl told me and this hair got worst!! It took an hour to comb through this hair after using the products they suggest.
