The M & K Perkins Rd experience was disappointing. After spending over $600 on merchandise, the customer service was horrible. The service was awful from day one. They were hesitant about providing me with the individual pricing of the items. They kept repeating they would give me the best deal. I appreciate this. I still needed to know the individual prices to see if they matched my budget. One of the items required alterations. I happened to come back and pick up the item. The item happened to be for my son. We are preparing for his upcoming prom. They informed me when I arrived that he needed to be with me. I wish I had known when I purchased the items on Saturday, April 22nd. I picked it up today Wednesday, April 26th. I explained this repeatedly because I stay at least 30 minutes away from this location. There was no remorse. They only said it would be a new charge if they did not fit. I feel so not valued, respected, and appreciated as a customer. I will never do business again here. I will also recommend that others do not as well. I felt like they are hungry to make money along with hidden fees. When a customer spends this much money, there should be accommodations for disservice. I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I came to the store to prepare for my sons prom so i began a layaway to pay for prom clothes, and shoes....I was told that no alterations will be done until paid in full. Well Covid-19 kicked in and all business were ordered to close, including this location on Perkins. Not only that, schools closed and all SENIOR activities were Cancelled, Heartbroken, I return to the store to get a refund and I was told NO REFUND and there were no alterations made, no clothing received and they totally disregarded the COVID 19 SHUT DOWN, BY telling me my receipt was outside 30 days but failed to acknowledge that no businesses were open. i of course became enraged because these people told me ,,,i Get no refund due to their POLICY and they did no alterations and they refuse to refund me,,,,, THIS STORE ON PERKINS NEED TO BE BANNED ...
