Beauty and Company Perkins — Local services in Memphis

Never reviewed before but I felt like I just had to after leaving here because I seriously cannot say enough good things about this place. This place is heaven. Well stocked, well organized, clean, very friendly and competent staff, fair prices and plenty of sales going on. We were even offered additional discounts. You will walk out with exactly what you were looking for and more and you’ll still probably spend less than you would at most beauty supply stores.

As an aside, it is also nice to see Black people working at a Black beauty supply store; Erica helped us out and she was great. As a black woman she knew how to give good recommendations and advice on products. Definitely come here for your beauty supply needs, and they have an online store if you can’t make it...

This particular location is the best one in Memphis, also the best hair store in Memphis. I literally drive across town to go here. It’s clean and customer service is clearly a priority. You feel this upon walking through the door. Everyone greets you and doesn’t mind assisting you, even if their busy, they literally will stop to help or get you help if their unsure. They work as a team and treat customers with respect. I’ve even witnessed them work under the pressure of an unruly customer and not once did they match her energy. Ever since my sister, and I heard about the big sale that was going on at the time, we’ve been saving a lot of money. They have everything you could imagine from hair, makeup, nails, jewelry, clothes, etc. The staff members are very helpful, and kind especially if it’s your first time coming in they’ll explain everything, and lead you to the right direction of the area you’re looking for.
