These people are very rude. I asked for the vegan rice bowl and vegetables. After 20 minutes of waiting for what I ordered. The owner tells me that the vegan rice bowl wasn’t available today; they asked me did I want to substitute the rice bowl for a fish; I substitute for salmon and vegetables: the picture is what I received. I asked if the price could stay the price of the vegan rice bowl. The chef comes out and says he’s been a chef for 20+ years &asked what does it matter if the vegetables is out of a steam bag. I’m not a confrontational person. The chef came and destroyed the receipt in front of everyone (I sat at the bar w/ a friend) and he and she kicked us out over something that could have been resolved. I asked if I could tip the bartender because my strawberry lemon drop was fantastic. Not to mention dirty utensils (I asked for plastic ware so it wasn’t a big fuss) It was so embarrassing to get kicked out in such a simple restaurant. I wanted to pay for my 2 drinks which were $32 and the salmon was $43 and the vegan rice & vegetables were $16. Instead of allowing me to pay for my drinks, til the waiter and pay the price of the vegan rice bc I did not eat the salmon or frozen steamed vegetables out of the bag. My business partner and I was kicked out of this simple establishment. & usually frequent this place often for 1 drink for $12 & pay $20 and let waiter keep change. I cannot believe I was put out over something that I tried to find a solution to. I even supported the grand opening in October, I believe October 8th 2024 to be exact. Horrible, rude, disrespectful, prideful, egotistical owners.

These people have no respect for residents who lives on south main or nearby. Their guests and music are extremely loud. They claim that they have “high profile guests.” Yeah, right…Where do they come from? The hood somewhere? Because they sure in hell don’t have class and can’t hear at all when they are talking loud enough that I can hear them in my apartment with the windows closed. Also, when I mentioned about the marijuana smell, maybe the owner wasn’t aware or allow illegal smoking but the guests were smoking it because I smelled it coming from this restaurant outside through my bedroom window. I don’t smoke but I know what it smells like. Ever since this place opened I’ve had insomnia. Even when I turn my T.V up and fan to the highest level, I can still hear the guests. They are very disruptive and as an owner, it’s not looking good for this business. I haven’t called the police yet because I’m trying to get the owner to see that this is an ongoing issue and hopefully see if they can make some changes. I have seen police pull up at the restaurant numerous times though, so I’m sure I’m not the only one who is bothered by this. The owner should really keep it down and show some respect to the people who lives nearby. We have work and school the following day. Why have parties on weekdays anyways? Shouldn’t downtown be loud on the weekends when most of the people...

I have been in the industry for quite sometime. I find it sad how females that are behind the bar will ignore the heck out of female patrons. It didn’t matter where I moved to at the bar I was ignored. I just want the newbies to know that not all men tip and have money. Females tip and have money as well.( I’ve been bartending for 10 years and this is becoming a thing which is sad. )We don’t have to have a certain look either. 😊 Please do not take this as a “bash” everyone should be welcomed. For me to come from Beale to Main after being rained on (901Day) only to be ignored isn’t cool. I am glad I saw a familiar face to assist. Respectfully submitted. ❤️ The stars is for...
