Update 5/28/25: Running late to work and happened to be coming from the opposite direction on Poplar so I thought maybe I would stop and get breakfast. Not open even at 7am. Waited in the drive-thru line for 15 mins, drove around and saw no one even near the window. I guess they just don't sell breakfast here, I dont know.
Update as of 3/12/25: Wendys ought to be ashamed that this location even exists. If I could give 0 stars I would. My last review for them was more than a year ago and it is still the same AWFUL, ABHORRENT quality it was back then. 1.) They are not open at 6:30am. They will not take your drive-thru order until 7am. They will not have all the food ready by that point so you cannot get a full meal. 2.) Whoever the morning manager is is VERY rude and bitchy. You can hear the attitude in her voice when she finally gets on the box. She does not greet you or say ANYTHING to you once you get to the window to pay. She won't even tell you the total of the order. That woman needed to be fired a long time ago, what an unpleasant person. You could work anywhere else. 3.) How in the HELL is my food cold if you JUST opened??? This location needs to be shut down immediately. Or closed and completely revamped with all new staff, I don't know. The last time I was there and went inside the store was a mess and the boy (I'd say young man and be polite but he was a kid and does not deserve the respect) who took my order had his ass hanging out if his pants with his airplane undies out to the world. So you tell me, does any of this make you want to eat here? It sure doesn't convince me to dine at this establishment. I will leave my house 15 mins earlier in the mornings to drive to a different Wendys if I am really wanting it. Went through the drive thru at about 6:40am, menu signs weren't turned around to the breakfast menu. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich, was given a croissant instead, and then I find a hair in whatever sauce they put on these things. Potatoes were cold, not sure how since they just opened for the morning.

Read moreHere we go again. Took my kids here on a Friday evening- 7 PM ish. First of all the “mute” who was at the counter just stood and stared at us- he never spoke one word. No hello- hey, what up, can I help ya.. so after a few moments of my kids giving me that look like “ WTF” I told him I’ll make my order easy on him since he seems like he can’t talk. Easy. 4 4for4’s ALL 4 the same. Burger’s all plain. BBQ sauce & sprites. He took my 20$ bill and handed me back my change of a buck and some change Here we go Ding Ding . He puts 4 cups with about 6 ice cubes in each on the counter & walks away.
1 The 1st seat we see is tore up down to the white meat - it’s bleeding stuffing and looks just nasty. 2 drink machine has no ice. 3 Table. All the tables are dirty The table has a lil like a peg leg. When my kid set his warm AF sprite down it - it make the other drinks spill. So we sit and watch this lady come in from the drive through and complain and watch my kid stand there waiting for our food - the best part- it only took like 10 min to get. You would think it would be fresh taking 10 min. Yea right. 4 The Food. One of the 4 piece nuggets only had 3. Nothing is plain like we ordered. My oldest kid opens his burger & of course it’s NOT PLAIN. my little ones just wipe off everything with a napkin. My bun on my burger look like it’s been abused… it’s missing a chunk on the side. I throw it away. The fries aren’t close to full. My oldest takes his burger back and the lady from the drive through is still up there saying the REMADE burger is still wrong. She just wanted a burger wit no cheese! Simple Simon was on his 3rd TRY! Read moreHello 👋 this is a very unfortunate visit I had I would like to tell you about Ok, so we always go to this Wendy’s often never have experienced the worst of worst service. We set in line for a long time then we get to the speaker we order our food. The lady repeats the order, but does not give us a total we get to the window. They just take her card, no communication and no receipt ,then we get our food. We’re like what is this this is not correct, and they said how does one burger turn into four on my way to repeat for so we had to pay again and they had pulled us up and then I had to go inside the restaurant to receive my order because they were taking too long and as I received my three sandwiches, they were hot and junior bacon cheeseburgers are not supposed to be hot on the tongue so my husband had to go back in there and ask for them to make it over because our fries and got cold so I put our fries in there so they gave a refund instead of fixing the problem. Who does that? he had to go back to the car.where I was to get the car to do a refund tell me why they only refund half of the stuff I had to go back in there to get a refund for the other stuff , then they want to have stuff to say to you and complain because they have rude service, slow service ,bad service and they’re playing with peoples food that they can get sued for really quick so I will be reaching out to whoever concerned and to the store manager, if they answer the phone and act like they care. not professional, not...
