!!!5 STARS!!! After talking with several of my friends about proposing to my girlfriend I kept hearing about Ed Harris. The friends of mine who’d previously done business with Ed were ADAMANT there was only one place to go and one man to see. Because of their personal experiences, testimonies, and down right conviction of this place, that’s where I went. Not having met Ed before I went to his shop to check it out and met him. I had a very specific budget, design, style, and timeline. He listened attentively as I explained my needs to him. As soon as I gave him all the information about what I needed he nailed it on the head with this very first ring he showed me. At first when he showed me the ring, my initial thought was, “yeah right... maybe I wasn’t clear enough on the budget part... that ring is going to be way outside of what I can afford.”. As he began to describe the ring and tell me about all of the ring’s great qualities, he told me what the ring “should” sell for... then to my surprise told me what he “would” sell it for. In all transparency the ring was slightly more than what I’d initially set out for, BUT it was clearly important to him that he equipped me with a MUCH NICER RING than I could afford by making it within reach financially. Long story short, I paid a little more because he GAVE A LOT MORE. I left his shop on cloud nine! Feeling confident as the proposal date approached... knowing he gave me the opportunity to present my girlfriend with a ring I never thought I’d be able to! I can’t thank Ed enough. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. With it being a high end jewelry store with VERY NICE things to purchase... he could have very easily turn his nose up at me and my budget, but he didn’t. In fact, he did the exact opposite! He made me feel like I was his only customer and made me feel like the happiness of my girlfriend and the “WOW FACTOR” she would experience seeing the ring was the ONLY thing in his world that mattered. AND BOY DID HE DELIVER!

So please! Please please please... do yourself a favor.... do the person you’re buying the jewelry for a favor... and before you go aaaaaaaanywhere else, go and see Ed Harris FIRST! After the dollar for dollar value I received, the 5 start customer service and attention he gave, and the look and quality of the jewelry there... Ed was absolutely phenomenal. We had a budget in mind when we came in and he showed us a huge variety of rings that would work with what I wanted for my ring. Ed is so professional and friendly he made the entire process so easy. I will never buy jewelry from anyone else but Ed from now on. He is so talented and can create anything you want.
