I went to this Wendy's after not getting my baked potato at another Wendy's about 10 minutes prior. I ordered on my app. The car in front of me at the speaker looked like three people were placing three separate orders so it was taking quite a while to get the ordering done. When I got to the speaker I told them my name for my app order. They said I could pull around. The car ahead was exchanging separate money for their separate orders, so I pulled around them to the second window because mine was paid on my app and I only had one item. The lady worker scolded me for doing that by saying "you didn't have to do that." I apologized and said I thought it was fine since mine was paid on the app. She repeated her scolding to me. She brought my baked potato and didn't say anything as she passed it to me, like "thank you." I pulled away, opened my bag, and found a tiny baked potato that was over baked and probably microwaved to warm up. It was so tough around the skin I could only scrape about 6 or 7 bites of soft potato to eat. They didn't provide a fork, butter, or salt, just one puny dried out potato. This was my lunch and it was very disappointing to spend $2.75 for a few bites...
Read moreGoing to a Wendy's whether it is in Bartlett, Cordova, Collierville, etc, is a gamble. Will they be out of burgers this go-around, will they close while your in line at 7pm? My partner and I have the most hilarious experiences. I love the dang place but I know I am not getting what I want anytime I go and the food being fresh is 50/50. It has become the biggest joke. Once we were in line for 20 minutes until a worker came and yelled at everyone in the drive through "WE CLOSED!" The next time we went, they had already cleaned the frosty machine during the day and said they did not want to turn it back on. Another time we ordered around afternoon and were told "I don't have it cooked yet". The next time the drive through person was having a conversation with one of the workers instead of taking orders and we had to wait for her to finish lmao. Anways, Wendy's used to be one of the best fast food places but at least in several of the Tennesee areas it has become trash. The only location I have exprienced that ordering goes smoothly is in Lakeland. The rest of the locations need corporate...
Read moreWorse experience ever. So we pull up and there is a long line but I want Food so bad I'm willing to stay due to the fact it was the only thing that seemed to be open. 6 cars later with us being the seventh, get to the speaker for there to be silence when then start to think about the way the person ahead of us pulled off. We look at each other and say dang they look closed. While still sitting at the speaker my sister get out the car and walk forward to see that no cars were ahead of us and all the lights were out in the building. So she get back in the car and I start to pull forward and these 2 guys (the one on the passenger side wearing the Wendy's uniform) coming towards us stopped us saying the place was closed though they were supposed to close at 10, they closed at 9. I'm so ticked off. The current time was 10:07pm and we had been sitting there since 9:13pm and they were open with every light on when we arrived and...
