Torrid — Local services in Memphis

I love Torrid. I have shopped at Torrid stores all over the US. Usually every employee is super nice and friendly. I drove an hour and twenty minutes to go to this store (it is the closest to me.) I went in the door and was greeted as they always do. I went to the front to shop and accidentally bumped the window display (with my back) which fell down. I caught the clothing and waited on someone to come to the front. She arrived and went off on me. The girl told me that it was a display only and wasn't meant to be touched. Not once did she say thank you for catching the clothing or ask if I was OK, since the bar hit me. I honestly was flabbergasted. I told her I didn't mean to mess up her display and all she did was yell, "Shelly!" I immediately handed her the clothing and left. I will call and speak with the manager tomorrow. I love torrid. I shop here all the time. But I hate to say I don't like this torrid shop. When I went in there I was not told about there promos. I didn't even get a hello welcome ect. I miss the one in the Mall. They were so sweet and I loved shopping there. The one in collierville and southaven are wonderful as well. A lot of cute clothes and a great variety of plus sizes! Their sizing is consistent as well! The people there are really nice and helpful. I get all of my jeans from here since they hold up really well. My only criticisms are that 1) it is expensive even with the sales and 2) I feel like they reuse the same patterns just with different cuts for shirts and dresses.
