Never again. Someone at you establishment is either sick with a virus or your 'chicken' was left out too long. After getting food for my partner and I Friday the 6th, December at the Germantown road location, to go, we went home to eat it. The food was over spiced to hide the grease flavoring of everything, including the 'crab' Rangoon which were burnt. The app calls egg rolls shareable but you get two and I was charged 8 dollars American when the app showed four or more in the image. But, that is neither here nor there. We spent the entire night and the next day [today] running back and forth to the toilet as we were given an 'extra' to go along with our food. I am using COVID restrictions on myself so I can not spread to the rest of the household. Sorry this is much longer and not as concise as my other reviews but I have a lot of time on my hands sitting in the bathroom hoping I do not die of whatever this is. You need to look at your service help, especially around food, and send them home before you end up with a customer in the hospital. If it is not your help, you need better prep station rules on meats. I went in at 7:30 and placed my order my order was submitted exactly at 7:30. The young man was nice , approaching and professional. I told him my order which was the feast for 3. White rice , fried rice , noodles. General Tso , honey sesame chicken, beef and broccoli. After 35 minutes of waiting I received a cold platter that consisted of noodles , 2 white rice sections with honey sesame tofu and the other two options I chose. I called the manager heading back up there and I told her my order is wrong, my food is cold and I’m not happy I waited 35 minutes just to come back. Instead of remaking my platter she just gives me a side of fried rice and bowl of noodles with honey sesame chicken. Which I was okay with, fine. I get back to the house get plates platted and I go bite my general tso as my mom is talking to me I pull out a piece of plastic. And that’s when I knew to leave a review. Read moreTried to place an order on the phone. Was placed on hold for 15 min. I had to drive to the restaurant to place an order. I asked to speak to the manager, Jeremy the assistant manager came out to talk to me. I ask him if it is normal to be put on hold for 15 min to place a to go order. Jeremy then preceded to tell me I can contact corporate rudely. I asked for the number and after a few minutes of search he refereed me to go on Corporates website and let them know about my experience. Jeremy the Assistant manager knows nothing about customer service or admitting the restaurant did anything wrong. Very bad experience this time but it hasn’t always been this way. Previous managers have gone out of there way to to make sure I had a pleasant experience. This assistant manager could care less.
