I have never been to this location, I ordered online and chose in store pickup last night. When I arrived, there was not an inside dining room or noticeable pick up location at the entrance (tho it was dark) so I drove around the building to see if there was anything on the other side. I had to go through the drive thru. I was told to pull around, but, since I wasn't sure if I was being asked to pull into a parking space (bc they also had curb side pick up as an option and that was their alternative to in-store pickup) or window, I asked if I pull up to the window. On March 23rd, 2025 I visited this location an hour before closing. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a kickn chicken sandwich. Because it was late I didn’t think to check the food before consuming. After the first couple of bites something was off. I then looked at my sandwich and was horrified! The inside of this chicken sandwich was COMPLETELY RAW! It wasn’t just a little bit raw, the inside of this sandwich was completely raw! I then developed salmonella and was sick for the next two weeks! I have tried numerous times to reach out to the restaurant and I was told to just email them. Ordered food for curbside pickup via the app. I arrived 5 minutes after the scheduled time for it to be ready. Drive around the lot twice trying to find a pickup spot. Gave up, parked, and used the app to check in. A field came up that said tell us where you parked, which I described best I could. Then I waited, and waited, and waited.
