Oh my goodness! You have not lived until you have eaten even one of their pastries. NO JOKE! Just finished a piece of their cake de leche! It was the best cake I have had in all of my 59 years. I went in for my usual sweet bread and pastries. Holy toledo. Its so light and fresh and delicious and thats not even their specialty. Their pastries and sweet breads are to die for. If you can even find sweet bread in the stores there is just no comparison. You cannot even compare store bought to this. It's all homemade and perfect. This hidden gem is located on Cherry Hills Blvd. & Bradley Rd. in the Sun City Shopping Center, towards the back next to Sun City Family Restaurant with plenty of parking. They have a variety of Mexican, sweet-style baked goodies (Pan Dulce) to choose from such as 'Conchitas, Empanadas, Sugar Cookies, etc'. I got to try their slice of 'Pastel de 3 Leches'. Finally an authentic bakery. My husband needed 100 concha’s for a private event. Upon calling the bakery, the owner was super friendly, very professional, offered a sample of the product to ensure we would like what we are buying. And he did not fail us. The Concha’s were an absolute hit, everyone enjoyed the softness of the dough. They all agreed that they’re way better than other places where they are so dry and flavorless.
