5 Stars! From customer service when we entered the restaurant to when we received our food fresh and hot. Kale slaw was delicious on the sliders. They offer honey, ketchup, and extra sauce at no cost. We had a group, so we each ordered a different heat level. We tasted mild, medium, hot, and exta hot. All very delicious, moist, and fresh. Our fries were cooked to perfection as they were hot and crispy. The employees were helpful and down to earth. Honestly, just good vibes across the board. We will definitely be back.

They offer three combos as of (June 2022) $11.99, $13.99, and $12.99 sliders, tenders or a slider, and a tender. They also offer a few side options, fountain drinks including unsweetened, sweetened, and raspberry iced tea as well as shakes (strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate flavor). The combos do not come with a drink, which is pretty standard, just like The Habit or Five Guys. The amount of food for the price is average nowadays, so I'm not sure why people feel the need to complain. Other than drive-thru restaurants, I feel, like most places, charge for drinks separately, including the ones that advertise "make it a combo add fries and a drink for an additional fee."

Also for those who complained that their food wasn't fresh or their fries were soggy please keep in mind if you eat at the restaurant you will be served fresh food, but common sense equates to soggy food if you order it to go and take it home depending on how far you live and the traffic in town. This place is definitely appropriately named! I love spicy food, but even just their “hot” flavor really brings the heat. I ordered a number 2 and asked for one sandwich mild and one hot. The one labeled mild seemed to taste almost as spicy as the hot sandwich, so if you’re not into burning lips the no spice option would be the way to go! I’m giving 3 stars because the restaurant still seems to need to workout some quirks. There was a long wait and when I got my order I was told they were out of Mac n cheese. They offered me cheese fries as replacement, but unfortunately there was hardly any cheese on them to be credited as such. The flavor of the sandwich was excellent and the Dave’s sauce was yummy as well. Overall I didn’t hate it but I didn’t love it either, mainly as it seems to be a bit expensive for what you get. My one meal for my husband and I to share, side of Mac-n-cheese I never got, and a tip to be kind was over $20 with no drink. I look forward to giving this a second try when I have time...

I entered this establishment today around 230 pm and the girl behind the counter is shouting orders out. The place is only as big as my living room, there's no need to scream at the top of your lungs. Anyways i ordered my food, was number 298. The guy called out number 289, he called out this number 3 times, then the girl screaming when i first entered said this is yours, i said no its not, she said yes, i said no im number 298, not 289. Unfortunately the guy must have dyslexia which isn't a problem to me. Mistakes are made, im ok with that. But when i told the girl well i didn't claim this order because i didn't think it was mine and i don't take others things she then said "so you don't want it " , i said yes i do because we found out its my order, i don't understand why she got so much attitude with me over a mistake i was clueless about and just waiting patently for my food.. You should train your staff to better handle situations. All that's needed is more training. This was a 26.00 order...
