I just got robbed from this store. So both my wife and I are gold card members from spending who knows how much on Starbucks and their products. Well, when we scanned to redeem for a product right in front of the supervisor, and it ate our points, but then he told it showed no stars were applied. We literally showed him the app to his face and he watched it not loading or working in front of his own eyes. He said “call the customer service number” and honestly I don’t think he knew what number he himself was talking about. What number? Who? Is it not his own store, and his own problem, that he has the ability to resolve himself? I showed him my app side by side to my wife’s to show the clear problem. He said we could use my points to buy something, but that’s not what it’s about- we didn’t spend all this money, opting in to their reward system, thinking we’d be rewarded for remaining loyal customers, only to have all of our points vanish into thin air. I already spent my money, now I have to spend my time chasing down phone numbers and waiting to explain to some distant employee what’s going on hoping they’re going to resolve it? I gave my money- now they need my time? We do the incentive challenges, play the games to earn the extra points, and when we have enough to receive the reward, it just vanished before our eyes. If our loyalty will be disregarded as “no big deal,” then we can go else where. And that’s the problem with chains- they don’t care. We’re just another number, that’s easy to pawn off. As a supervisor, the right thing to do was give us the benefit of the doubt, especially when I have two separate apps showing him what’s wrong, and I still get some cold calculated “just call the number.” Forget this place. No patience, no empathy, no care, no “human” touch. Do not go here, because if something goes wrong, you now know what to expect. Supervisor...
Read moreOn 9/5/2024, some time between 8pm-9pm, I was wrongfully denied service by Ricky, who specified he was the supervisor at this location. I had met with a group of friends and family, we were minding our business and going over some strategies for a project. Before leaving the establishment, I was going to order a drink for my Fiance. As I walked up to the counter to order, Ricky eagerly came up to me with a snarky attitude and smirk on his face, stating he was not going to provide me service or take my order. While I was at this store, I did not violate any of Starbucks policies that would allow him to deny me service. I was not rude, loud, smoking, or drinking alcohol nor intoxicated during my visit. Not once did I speak with Ricky before starting to order my drink. Ricky was discriminatory by not providing me service and not taking my order. He did not have a valid reason as to why he was denying service when asked and told me I could call corporate if I had an issue with it. The next day I called Corporate and I was told the General manager for this location would call me within 24-48hours. I have yet to receive a call from this store. I am not a vengeful person and am not writing this review out of spite. However, I believe it is important for the store owner and its customers to be aware of the mistakes their employees are making as it can be a massive liability to this corporation, especially when they are being discriminatory towards...
Read moreI’ve been to this location a few times, and I normally just avoid coming to this one but I made the mistake of going again just now and they have the WORST customer service every single time! It must be the culture of the store which normally isn’t the case for Starbucks. I always give my props to baristas because I know they work fast and put up with a lot; I’m an easy customer so to be treated so poorly when I’m ordering basic things and am a friendly person is disappointing. A barista named Jackie assisted me and she was so cold and acted so inconvenienced and impatient, and there was no one in front of me or behind me and I wasn’t even taking my time lol. She was just a real B to put it simply. I imagine corporate gets a lot of complaints for this location because it’s always a horrible experience. The customer service was so bad that I almost forgot to mention how badly made the 2 coffees were and how he pastries that are normally warm were not; I assume they rush thru everything at...
