Unfortunately I had to update my review...
We came here with my nephew excited to have him try krispy kreme for the first time and from when we entered the building the employees had a weird stand-off vibe to them, we asked for a dozen donuts and even though the menu price is $20 for assorted the man wanted to charge each donut individually, we asked if we can have them charged as a dozen together and some of the workers gave us stares just for asking, then the machine "turned off as they said so we had to wait over 40 minutes for our donuts, which we patiently did and not one of the employees let us know how much time it would be or even apologized for the delay, we don't know what bit them but we were not disrespectful or demanding and they just seemed to act very strangely, donuts are very good but the service was sub-par. The employee Ryan also touched the counter and then our donuts which was pretty nasty!
Also I'm not sure if they're supposed to get rid of that many donuts but on of the employees must of thrown away well over 30 donuts from the ones that were coming out of the conveyer belt and they looked fine, I really hope it wasn't done out of spite since I have no idea what we did to offend...
Read moreLove Krispy Kreme, went to get some great donuts today and saw they had some holiday donuts, so I increased my order from 1 dozen to two. I thought I’d get holiday donuts for the neighbors, I started to order and was told they didn’t have frosting, of course I have never had those before so I don’t know if they are the same without the frosting, never even got to donut number two, three , or four. I though maybe that would be my Christmas present for all 4 of my neighbors, but I asked some questions and didn’t get good answers so I canceled the extra dozens. At the window I asked a lot more questions because I was quite disappointed that I was basically being brushed off. The young man half way answered my question with a bewildered look on his face, then slowly started to close the window, then turn his head, then walk away while I was still talking. It’s was a bad experience for sure. The donuts were great, but as I have said before, businesses don’t know how to keep customers anymore. Customer service is gone. Now Krispy Kreme is fallen victim as well. I wish these young people knew our world is going to disappear because they have no understanding of customer service. Its...
Read moreI rate this Krispy Kreme as a one star due to the blatant disrespect I receive from worker Brooke. On a special day as this Veterans Day I went in to get a complimentary donut and coffee. While standing at the counter Brooke never acknowledged my presence to see if she could help me. I was standing there for at least 3 minutes. Now while I was standing there this elderly white couple(male and female) walked up to the counter and Brooke immediately ask asked the gentleman if she could help him. I stood there in shock because I could not believe the this was happening. So this other worker finally came up and asked me could he help me. I replied "yes" and I said him thank you. I said to the young man that helped the Brooke totally ignored me standing at the counter. I also expressed how racially discriminated I felt as a black man who served this country for 20 years. The military is so diverse and I serves with many people of different ethic background and never once have I experienced racism. Until today and it happened on this day November 11, 2022 approximately at 5pm at this Krispy Kreme on Haun Rd.
Express love...
