I've had my share of retail jobs... back in high school, my very first job was at JIB. Customer service has been a priority for decades at every retail job I've had, due the fact you want people to come back to buy your products and services. As of late it, seems to be hit and miss. I travel a bit and some franchises have the absolute best customer service... friendly, clear and well spoken communication, timely service and accountability. However, at this location, it seems that it depends on the time of day and who is working will determine what kind of service you get. I've had pleasant, smiling and attentive service one time and come back another time and I get short, curt communication, no eye contact (sometime not even facing me to where it is difficult to hear and understand what is being said) and simple things have been overlooked such as napkins or straws. Yes, it is fast paced and at times stressful but, that is the nature of the business 'fast food'. Some people are naturals at this, others can learn to adapt over time and some just simply need to find another job. However, the process begins with the type of training you get and the consistency with management following it. The other side to this is the facility... in the early hours (approx 3am) this one time, I waited at the drive through over 5min just to have someone tell me over the speaker that they are closed. Yet, all the lights were on giving the impression that they were open for business. Lately, over that last couple weeks, the outside sprinklers have been watering the walls of the trash bin location and the drive through driveway and not so much of the plants... Read moreNo Idea where all these reviews are coming from but I just came to order breakfast here a, fast food restaurant because I didn't have time at home to cook.. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was 20 minutes. What I ordered was a single breakfast sandwich. Nothing special, no modifications, and the older cashier lady moved extremely slow and hid in the back while the line grew longer to 4 people waiting to place their order. Other people were getting their food before me even though I ordered ten minutes before they did. This place is in shambles. I spent time watching the employees and everyone is so slow and lethargic. Everyone except for the cook. I watched him whip orders up and put in the window as the orders piled up but there was NO sense of urgency to get customers their food. Very frustrating. I was asked if I needed to use the restroom as I waited by the counter.. I didn't say anything just that I been waiting for my food and that it has been awhile. Then they tried to give me the wrong food and I had to point it out. This message is for the owner or General manager. Things need to change because I live right up the street and I'm positive I won't try coming back here for a long time. I should have just made food at home, it would have been faster.

Read moreI went at 10pm today, Friday. I went through drive thru, looking through the menu and asked about the Jack’s deals. The kid standing outside seemed new so he asked the manager. She came out to help me. Two cars pulled up behind me and she started telling me to hurry up in such a rude way. I told her I just pulled up and they can wait one minute so I can complete my order. She had such an attitude. Mind you, I was being nice to her. I told her that she shouldn’t speak to customers this way. When I pull up to the window she charged me and I asked her what her name was. Once again I’ma rude way she asks why. Then she walked away leaving me talking to myself. The restaurant was empty, so why is she rushing me and being rude.
