Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Menifee

Looked like the chicken caused furor among the population of Menifee, parking lot unusually packed, angry drivers starting to show their fangs, and the line to get to the chicken always present. Did not count the exact number of the staff, but there were everywhere, can only imagine the number in the kitchen area. The chicken definitely king, and the franchise up to a very promising start, everyone that was someone had only one thing in mind: One Love Chicken, kind of a logo with spiritual connotations. Talk about unrestrained excitement for chicken fingers ((Chick a Fillet eat your breast!). So of course I couldn’t contain myself, and there I was around 5 PM on a warm Saturday, credit card screaming for chicken transaction, expectation growing each passing moment, and 25 fingers a la cartel were ordered, charged extra for some kind of sauce. Apparently good enough to charge extra. Ordered to go. Race back to the house singing chicken songs in the car, everyone in a sing along festive mood! Very rare. Chicken got steamed in container so no crispy for anyone. Was it great in terms of texture, taste and value? Sadly, no leader of the pack chicken. I truly think is best to eat it at the place, to appreciate the full effect. Could not get out of my parking area, cars indifferent to our desire to depart. Will it last, this hectic pace? Went to canes yesterday in the drive-through had a lady cut in front of the people behind us. My wife went to confront her very nicely and she Asked her to get back in line. She told my wife to get back in her car in mind her own business but she didn’t cut in line she was allowed to be there. Here we go again think she’s privileged all because of her color.So I called the manager inside the store while we were in line told her what happened she came out and nicely confronted her and the lady chewed her a new rear. The manager told her that they were not going to service her until she went back in line or came into the store so she had to wait in the drive-through line and go park then go in. What a great manager more people need to call on the people that are cutting through these lines because they think they are privileged. And don’t have to do the proper thing. What a fantastic place to eat. Had the Canes MGR not done this we would no longer have patronized Cane’s. We refuse to patronize any establishment that supports this type of behavior. What is this teaching our children by letting...

Today us January 9th and the time I ordered was about 2:05 pm. Going through the drive through is quite the experience. So, the lady who took my order and payment and the first window was fine. However, the young ladies at the window that hand you your order, not so much. I don't like when she handed me my drinks and it's as if she was shoving them into my hands, that is so not nice. Also, I was given the wrong drink for 1 of my orders, told her and she wouldn't take the drink that was wrong back. She could have just simply tossed it. I ordered 2 of the 3 finger combos and asked if they can toast both sides of the bread. And no they weren't toasted. They gave me basically what they wanted to and not what I ordered. I wish management would get on them about making sure the orders are correct. It's annoying and food is way to high for these types of mistakes. The first thing should be to listen and follow through. When, if, they start doing this... I might be back, idk... fix the attitudes please ladies, it's not...
