They made my sub wrong. I had to go all the way back to get it done right. Since they'd wasted my time and gas money, I asked for a free drink. The manager was rude and said she isn't giving me anything more than a cookie like I'm a 5-year old child. I gave the new sub back after going back and forth with this lady for a few minutes and got a refund. As I was leaving the store, she said very loud, "Who wants his sub?" That was her way of letting me know she didn't care about losing a customer. This place is okay and friendly when everything goes right but they need better ways of compensating customers for mistakes or they could just LISTEN BETTER AND GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME....
