I'm definitely not a fast food person, but I like Qdoba and it serves a purpose for me, especially when I need to grab lunch in an area that doesn't have a lot of good independent restaurants. I like Qdoba because there are a wide variety of options (including tons of vegetarian choices) that you get to choose as you move down the line, so you end up with a very fresh tasting and healthy bowl, burrito, or salad. I most often get a bowl with cilantro rice, pinto beans, fajita vegetables, pico de gallo, corn, and habanero salsa, and guacamole. But there are many choices in each of those categories so you can mix it up and not get bored. The stores are very consistent. I've eaten in dozens of them and the food is always prepared the same, the stores are always clean, the employees are well trained, nice, and efficient.

I recently visited Qdoba and had a horrible experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was unacceptable. As I was ordering, the worker (a Black girl) had an attitude and interrupted me, telling me to list everything I wanted at once. On top of that, there were NO serving utensils for any of the toppings. I received my food without a receipt, and when I got back to my hotel—there was HAIR in my food. I immediately reached out to the store, only to be told that I would have to drive 45 minutes back just to return the food and get a refund. That’s completely unreasonable. Since Qdoba didn’t want to make things right, I figured I’d share my experience. DO BETTER, QDOBA.

Wow! This Qdoba is great!!! I was raised a Chipotle gal… so I have never had a lot of food here. Recently in the last year I have been constantly disappointed in Chipotles quality. I ate here at Qdoba today and 1st of all guac is not extra! Complimentary chips! Could this place be any better!? Had a steak bowl and it tasted way better than I anticipated. Anyways now I’m telling my friends Qdoba > Chipotle.

Did the mistake of ordering food from this location yesterday (June 11th, 2023). Placed the order online and the food was supposed to be ready by 6:54 PM. Got there around 6:50 and was told it will take a little bit more time and that only half the order was ready. Waited patiently but the order kept on getting delayed. It was a pickup order and I think they were working on it whenever they got few minutes between folks placing order at the store in person. Finally got my order around 7:30, 35 minutes or so after the promised pick up time. Still took it patiently and while leaving the store asked the server if she can confirm if it has everything. She just kept saying it has everything and nothing to worry about. Opened the order 5 minutes after leaving the store and getting to my destination and 1)food was dead cold, not surprising since half of it was ready before I even got to the store, which was at 6:50, 2)items were missing and 3) no utensils were provided. The order receipt clearly after each item "Include cutlery" but still none was provided. Called them at 7:40 to talk to someone but was on hold for long and no one picked up. Eventually threw away the stale food and went to a restaurant for dine in. Horrible and irresponsible service. Stay away if you want reliable service or...

I live a block from here, so while it’s never my first choice, I’ve been in once or twice before just for sheer convenience. I used to get nachos, but they kept short-changing me on chips. Today I decided to give them one more chance, and after my experience I can confirm it was the LAST chance and I won’t be back.

I walked in and went to the counter where it says “ORDER.” There was one woman assembling what I assume were pickup orders, as there was no one else in line. Two men were also working, and seemingly busy with large/catering orders. The minutes ticked by as the woman worked on one order after another without even acknowledging my presence or saying “I’ll be with you in a moment” or anything like that. I get being busy, but when a customer is standing directly in front of you and you won’t even look at them, how rude is that?

Eventually I gave up. I said “OK, then,” and started making my way toward the exit. Still no one said anything to me. I yelled “Bye!” over my shoulder as I walked out, never to return. I went down the street to McDonald’s and gave them my business instead. They seemed happy...

Wow, I hate to do this but I mean come on guys. As a Qdoba fan boy to the end, please avoid this location. The amount of effort and quality put into my burrito was the worst I've ever had. Dry meat, lack of really putting anything into the burrito, yes you can ask for more sometimes, but when I ask for salsa or something simple, I really expect it to be spread across the burrito. Not on one spot. The worst offense, was by the end I had this tiny burrito and I asked for cilantro and onions. Cilantro was just a massive grab and slam, and the onions managed to find themselves only on one side of the burrito. That means when I took a bite, I literally just took a bite of tortilla onions... I was watching them and they were totally cool, looked like they even wanted to give me even less. I will never return to...
