Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Meriden

I haven't ordered from Dominos in many years and have been hearing about dramatic improvements in the food.

It was all still rather Dominos to me. But that said I'm going to take some of the blame and say maybe it's that I'm not altogether sure what or how to order. I think it comes down to what style you order and what you tell them from there.

Everything kind of tastes underdone and I think it's because they focus so much on speed that it's not cooked as well as you might like. So that said if I do decide to order from here again, I'll ask for them to leave the pizzas and wings in a little longer. I was in no rush.

6 people ate and weren't too impressed.

The garlic bread and cinnamon things were excellent. I have a lot of leftover pizza and might just air fry it til its done or throw it on the grill and see what happens.

A little disappointed seeing they have lots of tempting specials and if what we had yesterday was actually good they're so close to us I'd like to make them a frequent trip.

Probably the worst dominoes store ever I made an in order I have hungry children here I left a tip the delivery driver delivers to the wrong address so I call and ask can I get something for the inconvenience the assistant manager said no we don't do that but again it was the drivers fault I've gotten calls before when they arrive this guy never called so someone else is enjoying my food by my expense and the assistant manager tells me we'll just remake another one and sent it no that's not how things work I'll work in retail for a very long time when it's the stores fault you do what's best to make the customer happy without going over any boundaries so I asked for his name he refused to give me his name I already know who it is anyways but his attitude wasn't compliant and I will never eat there again I'm going to take my service somewhere else they just lost a long...

Ordered online like we usually do, paid with paypal but the dominos site was glitchy as usual so we called the store to verify it went through and was paid. The manager said yes. Food shows up 45 minutes later as a COD so we call the store, the manager denies confirming the payment was made. I informed him that I have the confirmation from paypal with the transaction number and everything. He became very rude and was swearing . He then told someone in the background to tell the driver to take the food back as he hung up on us. Didnt even want to be bothered to find out where the problem was. So i filed a dispute with paypal for the payment and will be contacting dominos corporate about the apparent scam this guy is trying to run. The driver was nice but the manager shouldnt even be allowed to mop the floor, nevermind interact...
