Dunkin' — Restaurant in Meriden

I've been going to this dunkin for the last two years now, no issues, no problems, no refunds, but all of a sudden today I walked in with my own purchased products sat in the corner with my laptop and stayed for approximately from 6:00am to 11:30am roughly five hours, no issues no complaints at all. After twenty minutes both the manager I want to assume she was, and an employee used for intimidation factor came up to me as I was working on both my phone and my laptop, rudely spoke to me as her giggly male employee thought it was funny, as she continued to give me attitude and state that corner was used for "interviews" and stated that I was getting in the way of the customers and stated that a few had complaint about it. When I asked what the complaints were about she couldn't elaborate on the complaints. I was calm and collective with the employee or manager if that was what she was and she continued to push her attitude on me. I collected my items and l left. please deal with these people especailly the bilingual ones who think they are...

Went in to grab a decaf iced coffee and the girl started to pour decaf. The decaf ran out halfway through her pour so she walked my coffee to the back serving station where they don't have DECAF iced coffee. She kept looking to see if I was watching her (which I was) so she turned her back so I couldn't see her and she poured the rest of my coffee with regular coffee. As she walked over to me I told her that I didn't want it. When she asked me why, I told her that I have a medical condition (arrythmia) that could put me in the hospital if I have caffeine. I told her that when people order decaf that it's for a purpose. I told her that she could have told me that she only.had enough for a medium and I wouldve taken that. Management there really need to reiterate with their employees on getting people's orders right. The part that made it worse was that she was hiding it and trying to be deceitful with it. It sucks because now, I won't go back to that Dunkin....Ill have to drive to...

Dunkin’ Donuts needs to take cappuccinos off their menu because there’s not one Dunkin’ Donuts I could pull into and they could make a cappuccino right they just make lattes, even though some Dunkin’ Donuts have a beautiful picture of the different types of coffees, example, cappuccino, latte, Americano, you know you’ve seen the pictures in Dunkin’ Donuts shows how how much milk how much froth But yeah, no matter what Dunkin’ Donuts you go to you get a latte instead of a cappuccino, so this message is for Dunkin’ Donuts. Take the cappuccino off your damn menu. It’s a shame that you really pay for something and you really don’t get it especially when you don’t want all the extra milk.. it’s sad because it discourages me to get something else you know it makes you wonder if you ask for a sandwich a certain way are you gonna get it the way you ask the way you’re asking and then they print everything out showing the way you asked and you still get it a different way just a...
