Subway — Restaurant in Meriden

The staff does not change their gloves in between sandwiches!

I had the unfortunate mishap of receiving a wrong sandwich from them after placing a mobile order. After getting there, my sandwich wasn’t even done being made, the order was put in 15 minutes before I got there.

Long story short, many items on the sandwich were wrong. All the while they’re juggling 5 different orders at once. I thought pick up takes priority? Guess not. When I reached out to customer service, they were of no help of course. What the did was pass on my info to the rude store owner who was mocking me on the way out. Below is his response to me. Very nice staff, vey fast service. The food tasted so fresh! They have a drive thru, but I've only used it a couple times. My husband gets a ridiculous amount of toppings, i would forget something if I wasn't standing looking at them. If only ordering for my kids I would definitely use it, it's very convenient when my little one is sleeping. The only downside is their parking, its tight when there are more...
