My husband came in for the burrito bowl special. Upon getting to the register my husband asked about the small side of chips that comes with the burrito bowl. He was informed by the manager that it is no longer included with the deal. So they said it was an additional charge. My husband assumed they threw a salsa in the bag, he informed me of the change and that he paid for the chips and salsa. Looking in the bag there was no salsa. Noticing this I contacted the location and an associate answered the phone and explained that there was 2 different types of chips (chips and chips and salsa) and I explained that was not explained and that if my husband came back would they fix it by giving me a salsa? He said he’d ask the manager. The manager got onto the phone and said that we ordered “chips” not chips and salsa. I explained it was chips and salsa and he said no. He said “I can’t give you something you didn’t pay for” and said it with an attitude. I explained this was not told to my husband and we would be satisfied if he just gave us a salsa. He refused. He was snappy and rude. He was willing to lose a customer over a salsa. I cannot believe it. I’ve been going to this qdoba for 5 years. I don’t understand why we were treated this way especially since we paid. Managers represent the company and I was not happy with the treatment we received. And to make matters worse, most of the prep for the food was done behind the scenes, they had no hot food out to build the bowl. They took it in the back to be made… that is quite...
Read moreExtremely Disappointed with My Visit🫤 I went in and ordered two double protein bowls for myself and my daughter, and we paid almost $40 and that’s without any drinks included. We weren’t given any forks or napkins, which was already frustrating, but what really bothered me was how stingy they were with the food. I paid extra for double protein, and the girl behind the counter gave me one tiny scoop of each meat. When I politely asked for a bit more considering I was paying extra she gave me the most condescending look and basically told me no. I let it go, but it felt really disrespectful. What we ended up with were two bowls that honestly looked like slop. My daughter’s had more vegetables than meat or rice, and mine had huge, slimy chunks of unripe avocado. Worst of all, the food was cold not even warm. I couldn’t even finish my meal because it was just that distasteful. The only thing I enjoyed was the brownie. On top of that, I paid my best friend $20 to drive us there because I didn’t want to walk in nearly 100-degree weather or pay for an Uber. So not only did I waste my money and time I wasted my friend’s time too. For the price I paid and the way we were treated, I expected way better. I won’t be returning to...
Read moreI just read the other reviews and I had a very similar experience to another reviewer from two months ago and clearly you didn’t take care of the problem. We’ve never tried Qdoba before, but my family loves Chipotle so we thought we would give it a try. We arrived at 9:00pm (you close at 9:30pm), there were 10 people ahead of me in line and your employee (she might have been the manager since she was yelling from the dining room to the employees on the line that what they had was all that was going to be served) as she was throwing all the chairs on top of the tables while there were people still eating and trying to find seating in the restaurant. Not a very inviting atmosphere, so we decided we would take it with us and not stay since it appeared your employees were rushing their customers out. When I finally reached the front of the line around 9:18 PM (almost 20 minutes later) I was told they had no tortillas, no white or brown rice and they were running out of chicken, so basically nothing we wanted. No apology, no nothing, so we went to Chipotle where they had everything we wanted and I think we’ll continue to go there instead because their service and employees are...
