Not even a one star rating for this store. Store manager Erin sends a wrong item in your $1,235 order, then does not want to make it right and pawns the responsibility off on the home office by telling us to "call the 800 number". The correct item is clearly listed on the receipt. Why should we have to jump through hoops to get an item we paid for and were promised? She also did not give the other person we were with a receipt when she dropped off numerous Cutco knives to be sharpened. She wouldn't even sharpen them in store and told her they had to be sent out. This is not true, as the person has had her knives sharpened in store more than once. Will never shop...

I wasn't sure what to expect, but visiting the Cutco store was really fun! There is no better way to sell Cutco knives than to let you try them, and I cut up squash, sweet potatoes and more. The knives sold themselves, and Carsten, who helped me, was wonderful about showing me what the knives do and the best way to use them. Attended a class and had fun and learned some new facts. UPDATE...Since my first review I have attended monthly presentations and attended a "knives handling" class which taught me a lot. I love my garlic press, my new cheese knife with sheath, cutting board, garden hand tools, peeler and my 5pc set of dreamfarm kitchen utensils.
