Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Meridian Charter Township

Food here is great, highly recommend if you're dining in, however their website leaves much to be desired, attempting to put in a catering order and it won't tell me prices until I pick a location, however their website will not let you pick a location without using locational services, something I cannot do as I use a VPN. It says you can type in a city or zip code however this does not work and when you click on the map to explore you can zoom in on a location but clicking on it does nothing other than give you an option to go to google maps. Normally I wouldn't leave a review for something like this, I would contact the company and tell them they need to fix their website, however when you click contact us on the website it takes you to a survey where you need to give a location, date and time of visit, no way to reach out about general website issues, as i'm not going to spend even more time attempting to contact them about this issue I'll just leave this review instead as I'm sure they'll see it here.

To Noodles: Please fix your website so people can order online without having to give you their GPS coordinates, I will not ever enable locational services for any website and there are many like me who wont as well. Also please add a section to your contact us page so we can email issues such as this instead of leaving a one star review to get...

I ordered to go over the phone, I had a regular size order and. At the end I asked for a large fountain drink. The employee on the phone said okay not a problem told me my total and said when it would be ready for pickup. Upon my arrival I have a tea sitting next to my to go bag, so I politely explained how I did not order that, but I ordered a large fountain drink. And older women employee, was very rude saying how the machine was broken like I was just supposed to magically know saying how “well that wouldn’t be an option and it’s not on your ticket because it’s not an option” well I can clearly see it isn’t on the ticket and I didn’t know the machine was broken as I was not told over the phone. When i walked in, i was greeted friendly and given a recommendation. I ordered Wisconsin Mac n Cheese and Japanese Pan Udon with Beef and Chicken Dumplings. The presentation looked great. Food was just okay. Dumplings taste like it was just boiled out of a packet. The Mac N Cheese looked like they just boiled it and threw some shredded cheese on top. I'm a huge noodle guy, and this is the first time I didn't finish mines. It just wasn't good. The sauce was weird, and noodles as well as beef were dry. I was hoping this became my favorite go-to because I frequent Asian restaurants just for their noodles and was hoping for a change.
