Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Meridian

I enjoyed eating here. This service was excellent. They asked if I wanted refills multiple times and helped me with needs. Considering I have not been to one of these in probably twelve years. When I did go, I did not eat. So this was the first time I've ever had it. Shockingly. But yes, if I had any questions or was confused about something, they were there.. right away ready to help me. I appreciate the kind service very much. This is how fast food should be. They should be wanting to make it about us customers, help us out and make us feel welcomed. (And other) This place was tip-top shape! Cleaned. It was extremely crowded, but still had a really fun feel to the environment. I enjoyed the atmosphere. There were children everywhere enjoying their time with their families. It honestly made me feel nostalgic. It made me feel like I was at the cafeteria at school which is a good feeling. It makes me feel like you can just have fun endlessly. Except this was ten times better. They had so many sauce choices! They had an area where you can get extra items yourself. The iced coffee was nice and strong. I loved it. Will be getting another one of those in the future! They're waffle fries were super crispy. My nuggets were a little soggy, but! Still where good with some sauce. Lots of parking. Kid friendly. Lots of places to sit. Kind service. Cleaned.. The food was great. 👍🏻

Also. We needed a 1st aid kit, and they immediately got it for us. *We did not hurt ourselves there, but my husband hurt his hand fixing a vehicle before we got there and I wanted to aid his hand. I did so. Thank you for the aid kit.

And thank you for your kind service. Means a lot.

You set a lead example of proper fast food service. Way to go. Keep the excellent!

P.s. Also, take the timeout to thank your servers. More than one of them was extremely kind and informative to us....

I would not recommend this location based on the fact that they are waiting at the doors to lock them before 9pm arrived. We had purchased our food and ate in our car as this location was filled with a youth group. Due to that, we felt it was easier to eat in our car. I’m sure this is an off day, but it seemingly continued to go downhill for us. As we walked up at 8:59pm an employee standing at the door with his food ready to go looked at us and just shook his head - all while the doors had already been locked. We were coming in to use the restroom quickly as one parent stayed with our children in our car. Additionally, if you are at least in line at the drive-thru they’ll take your money if they haven’t already, because there were at least five cars still waiting to get their order taken. I would not say that this location is family friendly. I thought the food was great, but overall I would not recommend this location based on the service that was received.

Hope you all have a different experience, but a little kindness can go a long way. I did not feel that this location was a representative of the business motto or a reflection of many other locations...

This Chick-Fil-A is incredibly efficient. We went in a little after 1pm, and their drive through was backed up out the wazoo, and the inside was packed. Within three minutes of placing our order, our food was delivered to our table. They had employees carrying tablets and taking orders in the line both inside and outside, eliminating one of the stress points, and their kitchen kept the food coming fast, but still perfectly cooked.

They don't have an open machine for soda refills, but even as busy as they were, they still came to the table and got us a refill speedily!

It was very clean. They wiped up every spill as soon as it happened (and yes, there were multiple in the short time we were there).

All Chick-Fil-As generally have high standards for fast food, but this one was a stand-out even for Chick-Fil-A....
