AT&T Store — Local services in Meridian

I just have to say, I went to go get my phone upgrade. I was assisted by Bryan, super helpful and patient. (I was indecisive and he communicated the pros and cons of the choices I picked.) so thank you Bryan. NOW!! What I didn’t expect to witness was an only a older man (that was a table down from me) to sit there and talk to this very kind and polite Woman (Margret Grace) like she was just absolute garbage. I obviously wasn’t paying attention to the details of his problem (I was minding my own business) but he started obnoxiously raising his voice, because she had repeatedly told him that there was nothing they could do, but to call apple support. This roughly mid to late 50’s proceeded to act like a clown and snatches his little bag and tell Margret that she can take whatever the item was and shove it up her and I quote ( F** A** ) I can not tell you guys these people are unsung heroes!! Margret handled it like a dang pro and she simply said That’s okay Mr.(Whatever) I hope you have a nice day. If I was her or anyone else that worked there. I wouldn’t have the absolute calmness and (honestly it was funny) steady smile she continued to have on her face, the whole time he’s cussing and storming out the building. Ms or Mrs. Margret you are absolutely awesome and to your team that kept a watch to make sure he didn’t cause a bigger scene and made sure he proceeded out. You guys did that!! I can’t wait to go back for something else!! So again thank you Bryan, Margret, and Team Members. Yall deserve a raise, especially if that constantly happens on a regular basis!! I knew Meridian was Wild but come on have some respect and stop acting like they are just simply refusing to help you solve whatever your situation is that they have absolutely no authority and control over and put on your big boys and girls pants and let’s be civilized adults. My Goodness! God...

JANAL was awesome... was extremely thorough answered all of my questions & met all of my wireless needs relatively quickly (and he got me the BEST deals). There's a very friendly customer care attitude at this store. Some examples of what he helped me with today are: paying off my existing phone, upgrading to a new phone, choosing my phone number, helping me choose which wireless accessories would meet my needs, giving me a better deal and experience than I could have gotten online, and setting my accessories up for use before I left the store. Had a slight mishap with the screen protector on my daughter’s IPhone 13 mini and husbands IPhone 13ProMax. Walked in and was greeted my an agent who knew just what I needed and helped me find the replacement accessories. Very courteous and helpful! The agent walked me over to the station and replaced both screen protectors. Jamal was there and was so kind and helpful too. I am a happy customer!!! Thank you.

We were in need of updating our iPhones to the 13s since our model was slowly becoming obsolete for our purposes. Walked into the store and Frank met me at the door. Customer service was excellent. Frank was thorough and made sure we got what we wanted. He even took the time to install our screen protectors on our new phones. Go by and see Frank if you need a new phone.
