ALDI — Local services in Meridian

I’ve shopped other locations and was excited to see one come to Meridian. The first few months the store was well kept. Customer service nothing to write home about. I’ve noticed lately over the last month or more there is a decline in the condition of the store. Walking in it’s clearly evident the floor needs to be sweep and mopped. Produce items empty or not in the best condition. Fresh meats thin on stock and unappealing. Love the home goods area. The clearance items are in a disarray and pricing. I’ve passed over things due for that. It’s rare to see a floor associate to inquire about a price or any other inquires. There is usually only one cashier working. Other locations have a nice wine selection and this one...

I Love this store!!! I come here when I visit family, but sure do wish we had one in Hattiesburg. The prices are reasonable, bargains really, great options, and friendly staff. I would advise anyone, who has disabilities to have a helper. You have to bag your own groceries and carry your own bags or purchase a eco friendly bag at the front when you enter the store. You put a quarter in for the buggy, but get the quarter back when you return it. It keeps them neater in the parking lot. It is wheelchair accessible, but there are no wheelchairs available by the store. It is with these shortcuts, the company is able to offer less expensive groceries. I am disabled, but I find...

Love Aldi. Moved from the north last year and I drive an hour to get to this one.

This one is average. Not quite as clean and organized as my previous stores. But it has everything Aldi is known for!

Was there today and the cashier was er, grumpy. She couldn't be bothered to answer questions and basically didn't speak unless spoken to, and then she mumbled as if speaking was too much effort.

I finished my purchase without her speaking a word to me. I thanked her and wished her a Happy Thanksgiving and she still didn't acknowledge me. Lol
