We love their high quality products for low prices but their customer service is horrible!!! We stopped to pick up a gift and an apron and two of the workers were talking near the front and I politely said excuse me do y’all sell aprons for cooking? One of them responded if we do they are down there and pointed to the back of the store as if to actually perform customer service instead of standing there talking bothered them. We then got to the register and Alisha B it may be Alisa B was ringing my daughter out and she was incredibly rude. No greeting and she spoke under her breath about not wanting to ring anyone out. I have always taught my children to be kind so when my daughters transaction was complete she told her have a blessed day and she just looked at her with no response so I said have a blessed night and again no response she just turned and walked away. Read moreTried to take a pair of boots back that were a gift and I stated that to the employee. However, she assured me that I wouldn’t be able to return them because I didn’t have the receipt and the person that gave them to me “should have gotten a gift receipt.” I tried the boots on and walked around in them to obviously get a feel of them before i decided against them. Also told me I couldn’t return because they had been worn. I spoke to another store and was assured that as long as the tags were still on them, (which it was on this pair) that they would issue store credit. So I took them back to another store with no issues. This lady obviously needs to re-read the store’s policy and change her attitude. I will not go back to this store. Doesn’t even deserve a one star. Oh, and the manager wouldn’t even come speak to me...
Read moreThe staff wasn't good this time. One was stocking shampoo on the shelves and saw me trying to see what I can but she didnt want to move. Made me uncomfortable. At check out was even worse. I bought a few pictures frames and a couple of small green plant decors. Told him he didn't need to wrap it, but he kept trying to bag the decor on top of the glass of my big frame. Had to tell him twice. Guy definitely didn't want to be up there at cashier. Just had a negative vibe this time. Won't be going back...
