Burger King — Restaurant in Meridian

Horrible burger king location. They were very rude and would not add bacon to a croissant for me. Not for free or anything, just wanted to buy a little extra bacon. If I'm going to eat crappy food I might as well go all out. After arguing with the stupid manager that was rudely forced on me from the even ruder order girl (like I was being crazy or unreasonable making a simple request and then calmly asking why that was not okay), I got my "food"... It was so so bad. The eggs were more water than egg, there is supposed to be 2 big pieces of bacon but there was 2 super narrow, razor thin, half pieces of bacon on each. They were about 1 inch long each. I don't know if they did that on purpose because I dared to ask for something a little different, but then again the food was so cold it had to have been sitting there for hours before I got there so likely that's just how they do things at this terrible location. A good bk is on Broadway. I ate here in a pinch and will never again, and I recommend you seek food...

Only used to go here because it was convenient. Now I’ll drive out-of-the-way to go to the other BK. -have it your way doesn’t exist at this location. The last three visits have been horrible, employees are not trained well, especially when it comes to customer service. I now know why, after speaking to the “district manager” today. I came in for a bogo whopper via their own app and they wouldn’t accept the promo code because the digit was “too long” for their system. Talk about false advertising, I’ll be contacting the BBB as well. The DM was unprofessional and unpleasant to speak to. I ended up leaving without utilizing the promo, simply because the attitude I was getting from the Oder taker and manager. I was concerned that they would do something nasty to my food. I didn’t spend a lot here monthly, probably around 60-80 dollars, but they didn’t seem to be concerned about losing my business whatsoever. I’ll never return to this...

The customer service here was pretty bad and my husband and I have noticed the same at most Burger Kings. At many fast food places people will act bored or just kind of meh, but people who work here are consistently extremely rude. We went through the dive-thru and my husband asked if they had any deals with a certain sandwich, and before he even finished his sentence the lady taking our order said, “No, but if you actually look at the menu all our deals are right in front of you.” She sounded like she hated her job and was just quite rude to us the whole time we were ordering. When we asked about getting a cup of water she said “What size? I charge for water so you gotta tell me what size you want.” It was so bad my husband even talked about going somewhere else but we didn’t have enough time, otherwise we would have gotten food somewhere else, which we have never...
