Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Meridian

My final order before I leave Mississippi. After 4 years here this town has proven time and again to be an utter letdown in the department of customer service. This restaurant is a beacon of light in a DARK dismal exit on the interstate. Meridian, MS. Is just terrible. Went through JJ to get food for my moving company loading up my house. I had an obscure (almost catering) order that they took in stride through the drive thru. When I asked for a gallon of sweet tea (didn't see it on the menu so didn't expect them to have it) he said sure we'll get that and will there be anything else .... "Freaky fast later" I saw one of the deli-masters walk out the front door and go to the catfish house next door. And "freaky faster" came back out with a fresh WARM gallon of sweet tea!!!! (The subs were spectacular to but c'mon, it's Jimmy John's) what floored me was the fact that they took my order in stride and didn't even hesitate to make my order happen! I could've probably ordered a catfish po-boy and they would've made it happen!...

Mr. Johnson and his staff did such an amazing job in 2024, that we just repeated with them again this year. They fully accommodated our increased food requirement and delivered right to the Copeland Center. Amazing experience. We WILL repeat again in 2026. Thank you for making it EASY to host an annual meeting!

Jimmy John’s catered a large training for us recently. I called a week in advance and spoke with Zac Johnson. The ordering process was easy. Everything for this very large order was handled perfectly and arrived right on time. The delivery charge was minimal. This order was all handled remotely and I cannot thank Zac enough for making things go so smoothly. We will definitely use Jimmy John’s for our next training...

So frustrated! Drive for hours and just wanted a quick meal but it went from bad to worse just trying to order 3 sandwiches. I have a picky eater and asked for a sandwich with only salami and provolone. They charged me for a #5 Vito with extra salami and nothing else! The sandwich came with all the things and when I asked for a new sandwich they gave me a lil John with barely any meat on it, when asked about it he told me that was double meat. I wish I had a photo…it was pathetic. They didn’t ring up our drinks and the manager avoided me at all costs when I was asking for some clarification about the size/small sandwich they gave me.
