Zac's Catfish and Chicken — Restaurant in Meridian

I have been a customer here for many years , even before it changed names. I've always loved their Fried Chicken Liver Dinner , Catfish, and The Double Good Burger. Today I stopped to get some Livers. I was told they had none. So I decided to get Whole Fish Dinner $16 dollars for 2 pieces. While placing the order. I ask for side salad rather than coleslaw. I was told they don't have it anymore. So I said Lima beans. When I got to the window. The young lady did not know what my order was. I told her. The Manger Was Extremely RUDE! I told her I ask for the 2 piece whole fish. She replied we Don't Have A 2 Piece. Then corrected Herself by saying Oh You Want the Whole Fish Not the Fillet. I said Yes. While She was taking my money I explained that they didn't have the livers nor the side ssalad. As a Customer I said they need to remove the sidesalad from their Sides! The food here has always been good, until the last time we came here. At that time, we waited over 45 minutes to get our food and when we got it, it was stone cold! When one customer complained about the wait, the girl at the counter told her "we're not fast food, we're like Red Lobster." We both laughed at that! So we decided to give them another chance and see if we couldn't get better service from the drive-thru. We were surprised to pull up at 6:00 on Friday night and find no cars on the parking lot or in the Drive-Thru. I didn't feel like any of their sides so I ordered the snack. My husband ordered the catfish platter. After we paid over $20 for our food, I opened the small box to find one piece of catfish and two hush puppies. My husband offered to share some of his catfish with me and opened his box to find two pieces of catfish. Stopped by on our way home from AL because we have heard such great things. We walk in, the place is dirty and HOT. We waited at the counter to order for a solid 5 minutes before anyone said anything to us. The girl who finally placed our order was NOT friendly. She didn’t even put a fake smile on her face. We waited for 30 minutes in the hot restaurant before finally asking how much longer. They stated it would be an extra 10 minutes and I cancelled my order. I only cancelled because I ordered the catfish and chicken (which is what they are known for), had watched several others that had come in 10-15 minutes after me get their food already and the lack of customer service.
