This is the worst Burger King experience I’ve ever had. I understand the workforce being short right now and can definitely give extra time in a drive through for the employees to complete the tasks they may be short handed at.. but when I get to a window and the guy at the register is yacked out on some type of substance and can’t ring up orders correctly for three cars in a row than proceed to take my change back and re ring me up to then not get fresh food after waiting 20 mins in line to than have a sandwich missing in my bag that I address with this specific employee and he turns around and tells me no it’s in there when clearly it wasn’t he realized his mistake went back and grab my sandwich I was on my way without realizing they didn’t give me my syrups for my French toast sticks witch is quite important to enjoy those to there fullest! When I tried to call I got sent to voice mail for an hour straight. Couldn’t take one min to awnser the phone and say please hole or call back at a less busy time. This is the worst Burger King I’m sick of these corporations taking advantage like this and having such inconsistent services with there restaurants,, only went to Burger King this morning because the last experience I had at a different location made me want it again.. now I will never try to have it my way to Burger...
Read moreI stop at this location frequently. As of today I will no longer be visiting here. The man that took my order questioned me when I wanted a bottle of water with my meal. He assumed that I only wanted the junior burritos without the meal when I specifically asked for the junior burritos in a meal. It did not get any better when I got to the window. There were zero apologies. He asked me again what I ordered. I did not even receive a receipt so I do not know what the employees name was. He did not have on a name tag and seemed like he absolutely hated his job. I asked him if he was having a bad day and he kind of smirked and shook his head. There was a female, I’m guessing the manager who is newer to this location, came over and helped him a couple of times. When I left I told him I hope his day gets better and if he smiles it will make things easier. This location has had a huge turnover with in the last three weeks. They used to have an awesome staff there. I am not sure what happened because there is a total 360. Read morei ordered the whopper melt meal, and i could not have been more disappointed! the sandwich was even SMALLER than a regular whopper in patty size (they must've used patties from regular cheese burgers), AND it was HALF WARM, easy to tell that it was NOT freshly made! The cheese wasn't even melted! it stuck out from between the patties as stiff as a board! So i was charged $10 for a half made meal. The only different thing about this burger king sandwich is that it was made with grilled onions, and some sort of sauce for a dressing. To make it so bad, i was in line at the drive thru for almost 20 MINUTES!
