I dont know what's up with this Chipotle. I've been eating at Chipotle regularly for 20 plus years and this place never seizes to amaze me with how bad its run.
There are so many shortcomings associated with this store its incredible and its everytime! It takes so much for me to leave a review that's not good. I just feel someone hopefully needs to know in management that cares, if they care. Maybe they dont, its been this way for years.
This location is ALWAYS out of an ingredient if not several. They prioritize online orders so everyone in line sits around twiddling their thumbs. I've ordered online once from here and I'll never do that again as they clearly took advantage of me not watching them make it. I had recieved about half of a bowl, little to no chicken.
I've been in line many times here for 20+ minutes with only 10 or so people before me due to people waiting on key ingredients. I understand you can run out but other Chipotle locations have more in back thats ready to be changed out, never the case here. It's like they need to go find the person responsible for grilling and tell them to make it, then you wait way too long.
I've watched employees roll their eyes or sigh when more people come in...probably because the employees themselves are overwhelmed...
I bring forth this information as I do try to avoid this location but sometimes its location is convenient so I stop in basically knowing its going to be a bad experience and it is, always. Maybe this is a training location or something that I dont know about but this place really needs to do better. Hope this helps someone there as I know I would want to know if I owned it.
It's unlike any other locations and has been for...
Read moreWon't go here again. I wish I would have seen the reviews before I went. It was the only place open and there was a reason we were out late for food.
The workers were all very curt and rude. Don't get me started on the mask lady. Seriously. She needs to get a grip.
It has been years since I've been to a Chipotle (totally different location in another state) and last time I was at one, it was a really good experience, albeit, less than great food, the lady that had helped me there went above and beyond to make it an awesome experience. Turned out to be not the biggest fan of their food anyway, but decided to give them another try and was a BIG mistake.
The only quesadilla on the menu is a kid's cheese one for $3.95 and you can add meat for 55 cents. I ordered that. They charged me $7.30 for it. There are no other ones on the menu.
We had to wait a while for it to get done and she just pointed and in a rude manner and voice and told us to "wait over there".
I was so happy to get out of there when it waa finally done... Until I started eating my food. It had zero flavor. Well, I correct myself. Zero GOOD flavor. There is no seasoning taste at all. Very bland. Tastes like plain meat on plain bread. The tortilla is dried up and tough and the meat tastes tallowy and old. Tallowy meat IS a flavor... But not a pleasant one.
There was nothing good about this experience. No one seemed like they cared about their jobs and were extra unfriendly. The food was terrible. I was overcharged for what I ordered and they didn't care at all.
I can say with one million percent certainty, I will never eat there again. I'm done. Cafe Rio is SO much...
Read moreDana Park Chipotle. At 7:30 pm 4/29/25. Ran out of chicken and told us it would be about 5 minutes. We sit and wait and the line builds to about 10 people. 2nd person in line orders chicken and low and behold they have it now. I stand up and make eye contact expecting to be told to come up and place our order since we had already been inconvenienced. Nope. I have to get back in line which is now at 12 people. Finally it's our turn and my won orders his bowl with white rice, pinto beans, and chicken. When I go to order the same the employee points to the empty white rice container. I begrudgingly say "I don't want to be told to wait again so just give me brown rice. The second employee is now finishing my sons bowl. He simply wanted shredded cheese and queso sauce. To which the employee says, "we're out of queso" and proceeds to put the cover on the bowl. I had to stop him and tell him that this is the 3rd item they've been out of for our 1 order and that we would wait. He put my sons bowl to the side and started to finish mine. I wanted, cheese, red salsa, corn, sour cream, and lettuce. I am informed that they're out of lettuce and he proceeds to start putting the lid on my bowl. The cashier then stepped in and told him not to cover it yet because there is lettuce in the back. How can yall be out of 4 items in 1 order?! They weren't even unpopular or obscure items. There was zero acknowledgment or empathy for the inconvenience. What is happening at...
