This location is bad when you compare the other Dutch Bros locations. And this is not an opinion on just one visit.
Sticker days - I’ve been here a couple times for sticker days and you basically have to beg for a sticker. They do not offer it and seem annoyed or bothered that they have to reach back inside to get them after handing out your drinks.
One visit was in the evening on the way to work for a night shift. The line in the drive through was rather long, so I opted to park and walk up. The staff was very rude and told me they do not accept walk up orders and that I had to use the drive through. I left.
Multiple times the staff have not been friendly and seem bothered that they have to serve you.
We have been given the wrong drink multiple times. We have even asked if it was the right one due to it not looking the same as past orders of the same exact drink and been told “nope that is the correct drink”.
Why have two lines and say use the shortest line if you’re not going to take orders in the way that cars pull up? I’ve had it happen at least twice where I pick the shorter line which makes me only one or two cars on my side and they walk down the entire line of the longer line INCLUDING the cars that are just pulling up before taking orders on the shorter side. I understand the cars that were already waiting, but the new ones!? What is the point in two...
Read moreTerrible experience. I went in today around 5:30 pm to get two rebels a vampire slayer with soft top, and a day dream rebel. The total came around to $17 and some change. I go to pay with cash. Immediately as I pulled through attitude, aggressively doing the payment and gives back the change. The vampire slayers comes out, they tell me that they don’t have the ingredients for the day dream. Within that time of waiting I saw no communication between the cashier and the person making my drinks about the lack of ingredients! I understand that this was a seasonal drink ,but why did I get told till the very last minute. There was a process of the person taking my order to basically build my drink, to fine the flavors why not then was I told why not before I paid for that drink? Again the attitude at this location along with others when the cash option is chosen is appalling. I understand working in fast food and dealing with people but this is unacceptable. Read moreThe service here has been absolutely terrible.i frequent many Dutch bros all over the valley traveling for work and this is my least favorite location. every single time. I order ahead, when I originally started going to this location I noticed they were never ready when they said they would be so I started ordering earlier and arriving later - the last time and I mean the last time I was there I showed up 12 minutes after they said it’d be ready, they weren’t busy, and guess what - THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED THE ORDER. I have waited over 8 times on my order ahead here - watching everyone walking around in the way getting paid not making drinks ? I get so confused how that many people in the way is effective for performance at this point since timeliness is an issue Some of us order ahead for a reason.
