I've been ordering delivery from this location for 14 years now and every time I do it seems the pizzas are better each time. Today's order was absolutely awesome! Best-tasting pizzas I've ever had. Not kidding, and I've eaten a lot of pizza in my life, probably too much! I used to work for a local pizza joint in Flagstaff, Alpine Pizza, as a cook and as a delivery driver. It's important to remember that the people who make and deliver your pizzas are human beings and nobody is perfect, so I implore you to be kind to them if you have a negative experience. They want you to enjoy your pizza, and they want to be treated with kindness. Right now, in this crazy pandemic world we need to be kinder and gentler to each other more than ever. Pay it forward. Last night I was shocked to see that there was no delivery in my entire area of the Valley and I worried that Domino's was shutting down or something, but they, like many other food companies, are having a very hard time getting and keeping employees due to people being out sick, low wages, and other reasons. If you need a job, they are hiring like crazy! The young man, Jakob I believe his name was, who delivered my order tonight, was very personable, kind and a pleasure to talk to and I appreciate that very much. I hope Domino's can find more good people like him! He's definitely a keeper. And no, I do not know him nor do I work for or have any affiliation with the company. I simply love their pizza since they re-tooled their recipes some years ago and I've always had a pleasant experience with my ordering and interactions. I am happy to know that the crazy owner has moved on. He was bad for business, I am sure. My pizzas tonight are fresh and delicious and my tummy is very, very happy. I am thankful that I have the option to order food this good online and have it brought to my home. I will miss all of this a lot when I move from here, but the memories will always be with me. Read moreThe only reason any of this has carried on this long is I love Dominos, a lot. I really, really, really, really, really hate that this is the closest one to me.
This is literally the worst service I have ever received. I'll give them the credit that when I used to show up in person to place and wait for my order, the experience was ok. I use to ride my Harley to pick up my regulare order at least 2 to 3 times a week because Dominos is my favorite. I recently broke my collar bone and can't ride my bike so I have started to order a lot of food, and it's been sooooooo bad, I'm impresssed. The following is a list of bad experienced in the last month:
Wrong order after double checking with the man on the phone to make sure he got it right. Twice they have taken over an hour to deliver. Yesterday I waited 1.5 hours before I just cancelled and asked for a refund. I'm pretty sick of paying for the food BEFORE they mess it up so that I have to wait for the refund to come through. The times it says they're open on Google maps are wrong, they close ealier. Fell for that twice. A couple days ago after my order never came again, the guy on the phone offered a $15 credit toward my next order as a apology for the hours I waisted (The first time they have tried to make it right). I waited on the phone for him to give it to me and thanked him, but when I called in today, it of course never was put in. Also, the GM is not in until tomorrow so screw me I guess. We'll see how she deals with this tomorrow when I call...
I tried calling a different dominos. One time after they closed early, the other Dominos I called told me that this terrible onr was the only one in my "delivery area", even though they're less than a mile more....

N SOME WEIRD HAPPY DANCE BEFORE THE CUSTOMER WAS EVEN OUT THE STORE SAYING EEEWW GIRL N A SIDE WAYS TOOTSIE ROLL DANCE ( I THINK BC ITS THAT SHE WAS CELEBRATING THE FACT THAT THE CUSTOMER WHO SHESDCNOT GAVE UP HER NAME WGEN ASKED NOT 1xnot twice but 3different days ,times bc of her on going hater attitude . But she cursed out guy friend after hed spoke up on her disrespecting the customer who was over 50 n didn't disrespect the worker but instead was getting lied to on hours N it was that she's had every opportunity to be right act accordingly to what should of had some answered but instead was celebrating the fact that customer walking out with no order ....had explained she had no internet WORKIng and wanted to order In person or possibly by phone but wanted discount as would thru online order. ..so this customer drives out of distance with faulty brakes or that are going out but it's that which ppl get the shaft vs compassion ....no respect for elders these days are going on...
