My husband and I ordered breakfast through the mobile app for drive thru pick up on the 26th.
When we pulled up to the drive thru, the young man already sounded annoyed but did tell us to proceed to the window for the pickup. We get the window, we wait a minute or 2 and when he walks over he just stared at my husband for a good 20 seconds before saying anything. Then after we get our food and drive away some, I notice the snackin bacon was missing. We go back and I have to walk inside to address this as there's already a decent size line, (which is an annoyance because the whole reason people do drive thru pick up is to not have to get out of the car) I told the guy I was just in line and I'm missing my snackin bacon. He looks at the cook and the cook just said "oh", turned around and grabbed it! It was just sitting on the counter, by the window, packaged. Like they INTENTIONALLY didn't give a customer their food. And funny enough this isn't the first time the bacon just magically isn't in the bag. Keep in mind I haven't received a single apology for their mess up, then I see this happen, and so I'm obviously annoyed. I snatched the bag off the counter and walk out shaking my head. THEN I hear someone yell to me across the store, "sorry about that" then a snarky, "have a good day".
Will NOT be coming back to this location for a VERY long time. What horrible customer service...
Read moreThis Dunkin store is my regular store. I give 3 stars because it's hit or miss on how my visit goes depending on who is working. I do take advantage of the DD Perks program. I typically get the Iced Lattes and enjoy that they have specials they run. Last week the espresso machine wasn't working so I received an Iced Coffee. I am ok with this since I enjoy these as well. Unfortunately this morning I felt overcharged because although the store states their promotion is over with Iced Coffees ($1.49), if you purchase your iced coffee on-the-go through your DD Perks ap it's still only $1.49 instead of $2.09. That's a big difference. I did call in to let someone know but to be honest they seemed to busy to honestly care that I got a small coffee instead of a medium. I have started coming inside in the morning because the drive-up lines tend to get long. As someone that frequents their store weekly I'd suggest having the friendly people at the cash register (they sometimes have a lady that doesn't seem to have any personality, low energy and talks very quietly, not what you'd expect to be greeted with at 6am). Why not throw the funny guy in the mix that talks about thankfully we made it to Friday or the young lady that is always up beat and personable. It'd make the experience...
Read moreYou wouldn't believe the awful treatment I received while trying to place an order. I asked for a sandwich minus cheese. And another sandwich of the same kind regular in the drive thru. The worker tried her hardest to behave as if she did not understand what I was asking for. While the Display showed that she had keyed in the order I relayed to her. Sensing that she was being argumentative, I proceeded to the window without engaging her further. The employee was even more aggressive at the window. Asking me to clarify my order. I said you had it entered on the screen correctly. The employee then accusses me of "catching an attitude." I explained to the blonde hair, blue eyed Caucasian female that I am a customer. Since I did not see the employee wearing a name tag. Things escalated and she refused service. Like she wanted to do from the beginning. Judging from initial contact. She threatened to call the police. Then changed her mind. Once I called her a KAREN. Racism at it's finest. I called DD Hotline. Was told I would hear from store management. I was never contacted. Shame on you...
