Today I ordered 2 Nitro cold brews. 1 with cold foam and 1 without along with 2 glazed donuts. I received 2 Nitro cold brews both with cold foam and with ice and no donuts. I have been ordering Nitros for years and they have never come with ice. The lady handed me the coffees, I saw they were wrong. I also had to ask for my donuts and she asked what kind.... This did NOT SURPRISE me. This is not the only time this place has either gotten my order wrong, or did a very poor job of prepping the food. Another visit, I had pulled up to the order speaker, told them I am picking up an online order, pull up to the window, and I am being handed 2 hot coffees when I ordered ICED coffees and a sandwich and hash browns. I bring this to the attention of the girl at the window, and she READS back my order off the monitor and reads out 2 ICED COFFEES and tries to argue with me that she's handing me iced coffees. She did not apologize or realize she was wrong. She seemed so annoyed that she messed up my order. Yes, I can go somewhere else or just stop giving my business to this place, but it's close to home and helps when in a pinch when I fail to make my own food and coffee at home. They have undercooked my sandwiches, forgot food in my order, or have given me the wrong order altogether. The staff does NOT care. It's sad. This used to be my go-to place when I lived in another state. They do not know how to prepare their own items, coffees or even read and comprehend what they are reading for that matter. Complete customer service and attention to detail- this location absolutely lacks. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and just correct my order when it's wrong, but I shouldn't have to do that. I won't be back to this location. This location should...

I ordered two sweet black pepper sandwiches with no egg. I kindly ask for no burnt bacon, I know it’s annoying to these employees to ask for anything specific because they started talking about me and the burnt bacon while I was waiting at the window. Instead of saying they have no sweet black pepper bacon that’s not burnt, they give me regular bacon that’s burnt. Can’t call them because there’s no phone number, and can’t get a refund because they didn’t give me a receipt. I wish the employees would serve food that they would want to be served. If yall don’t want your food burnt to a crisp, why give it to someone else. It’s disrespectful, especially after I was being so sweet to you guys. The lady making the sandwiches today (5/20/2024 @ 10:20am) needs to be retrained or let go. You have the simplest job, slap a couple of ingredients together and throw it in the oven blaster. If you can’t do something as simple as that, with a tiny request of no burnt food, you need to be out of a job. This location JUST opened and already sucks. DO NOT GO HERE. The workers here are not professional. I went to this Dunkin’ around 930AM and left at 10:20AM because of the workers and how long they take. For how long they make you wait to get your food just for it to be cold is ridiculous. Not only that me and my mom went thru the drive thru and the worker was some rude guy acting like he didn’t wanna be there and just ultimately had an attitude. He asked about 5 times what drinks we wanted and he still couldn’t get them right. Me and my mom both ordered drinks and then I got a chorizo egg sandwich and she got another sandwich. They got the food right but they didn’t get the drinks right. And we had been waiting for so long so at that point she just wanted a refund on the drinks. So the worker asked for the receipt and gave her a new one for the refund. However my mom still wanted her original receipt. It ended almost being and argument between the worker and my mom and I had to record the whole thing. He was very rude and he didn’t give us his name and we can’t call the place because they don’t have a phone number. They don’t have a phone number so you can’t complain.
