Without a doubt one of the best coffee shops in the valley--well, and that I've ever been too, period. Probably spent over $1,000 already while taking classes at MCC over the past year, and I always get the iced Espresso Patronum (any Harry Potter fans out there?), which is my #1 favorite coffee beverage of all time.
If Harry Potter isn't your thing, Grounds for Thought actually has a full movie-and-book themed menu, including a Star Wars milkshake and a Lord of the Rings smoothie. Nothing's too expensive either: all drinks run about $4 on average, and nothing is over $5 unless you opt for the 32 ounce size.
Did I mention they're locally and family owned? If that doesn't take the cake (yep, they also have pastries, burritos--even a sushi box), then I'm not sure what will.
