I love this restaurant-- many of the negative reviews of it focus mostly on its customer service that a lot would describe as lacking. If you come in expecting a very American experience, it absolutely is. I have a few suggestions for those who may not know how to have the best experience possible here (baring in mind that the owners are not native speakers of English.) Grab one of the laminated menus from the counter yourself, and seat yourself. If you don't speak Vietnamese, order with numbers. The owner will also not be upset or surprised if you order your drink and food at the same time, and don't worry, your drink will almost certainly show up before your main course anyway. Enjoy! I think it bares repeating, you are dealing with a different culture than ours if you're American (like for real different) if you get what you want, and you enjoy it, remember that's truly all a restaurant must do as far as certain parts of the world...

Found this restaurant out from “Arizona Asian Foodies” Facebook group and the taste of here did not disappoint and is really cheap compared to other restaurants I’ve been to that charge over $13+ and lack flavor. I have removed one star because service was slow but it’s not their fault. I wish that they had another server to help the front man because he looked like he was struggling to keep up. The place is small which is no bother to me but I’ve read the reviews for this restaurant where people complained about it. I would suggest bringing yourself and maybe 3 other people to save space for the server to get through. I saw a table of 6 and he struggled to get around. I also wish there was a sign for the front that tells you to seat yourself because everyone that came in that looked new,like myself, assumed we go to the front counter.
