Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Mesa

Horrible experience at this Jimmy Johns drive thru. Ordered two combo meals and only received one sandwich and not two. When attempting to correct with worker, received major attitude. Snotty request to see receipt instead of apology for mistake. Then ordered sandwich without lettuce and tomato and received both on sandwich. …. Returned sandwich and requested it to be made right, and meat and cheese were pulled off, wiped off and put onto new bread. Asked sandwiches to be cut in half. Didn’t happen. Ordered 2-Cokes and after driving away, found out that they gave us 2-diet cokes.

The only thing right about our order was the potato chips. ….

After being made to feel like we were putting out the worker and inconveniencing her by even placing an order in the first place, we won’t return to this location. Good thing that there are plenty of other options for spending our money, when ordering lunch.

Not sure if the lady was having a bad day but I think her customer service should be checked. I went here to eat after the Renaissance Festival. Had to pee like a race horse. Walked in and told the girl I had pee before I ordered. Noticed you needed a code to use the bathroom. Went back to ask for it and was meet with silence and a very rude individual. I was told I wasn't able to use the bathroom until I ordered something. I explained I wasn't ordering till I took a leak. She then ignored me. Luckily the gentleman there gave me the code. I came to google reviews to see if my experience was a one time mishap or a common occurance. Sure enough, someone else had the same issue as me. I ordered a sandwich and a cup of water. They are charging 50 cents for a cup of water since they "have to put a lid on it". If you go through the drive thru, they will pressure you to tip and the tip screen makes it hard to opt out of the tip. Very slow and unfriendly service! I was not greeted or thanked for my visit. I only went through the drive-thru because it was extremely hot and I had my kids with me. I'm sadden to see the downfall of Jimmy John’s.
