Smallish restaurant in half of the old California Pizza Kitchen building. Kind of an all-american diner theme with a splash of Vegas.

Servers were extremely nice. Good bunch of people.

I got the chicken fried steak with fries and pasta salad. All were acceptable, hot, fresh, etc. Food tasted good, nothing was bad, but nothing stood out and shined. Could use more veggies in the pasta salad. ;) Fries seemed a bit heavy; they were crispy-ish, bit hot. I like a good, crispy, light fry, so I will likely try something else next time.

I'll come back because I'm interested to see their take on the pork tenderloin sandwich (I'm originally from Iowa, so I'm hesitant because outside of Iowa, not many people do that right), and the patty melt. Maybe the onion rings next time.

Not extraordinary, but not everything has to be. Home style food and great service. Will update when I go again.

Update: tried to try the patty melt, stood at the "please wait to be seated" sign for 20+ minutes and nobody even made eye contact with me. They took the large group in front of me, but never even said hi to me. I realize they were busy, but telling someone that you know they're there is pretty important. O figured since you didn't want to acknowledge me, I'll add this really horrible experience to the last one and...

Going in for an anniversary celebration here. Service wasn't attentive. There was no silverware until half way through our service, nor napkins. Plating and display of food was horrid. As for our server, they changed every other time and weren't consistent. They also always congregated together talking rather than serving. We came in while it was slow as well. A lot would stare at us and didn't attend to us. As for vibe, there isn't one, music is everywhere and so is everything else. They didn’t apologize but instead kept sending us different waiters. Sometimes they’d just stare at us or laugh with coworkers instead of coming over to check on us which felt uncomfortable. The last waitress, who gave us the check, looked at us and walked away when we were ready to give it back to her and head out. She eventually came back a few minutes later, but it was weird because she didn’t excuse herself. She just looked at us and went into the back before any of us could really call her over. It wasn’t busy at all either. Unless you are looking for this type of uncomfortable experience, I wouldn't recommend. The food was ok but the service was...

Tried this place out for brunch. I got there shortly after it opened on a weekday and it was pretty busy and as I waited for my food people continued to trickle in so I knew I was in a good spot. The facility was clean and welcoming. The staff was sweet, professional, and offered advice on different options in the menu.

The menus had a variety of meals to choose from so it was hard to narrow down exactly what to get. I ended up getting a mashed potato bowl that had chicken, corn, cheese, and gravy. It was okay just way over salted. It didn’t stop me from devouring it though. I just needed to balance out my day with drinking a lot of water with that salt intake. My mother in law had the pierogis and said it was good. We both had a seasonal Carmel apple shake was was very delicious so I recommend that. They also serve alcohol there which is nice to know for future trips there.

Overall, great experience. There is a lot on the menu that I would like to try out. I just wouldn’t get the same thing outside the shake. Also the prices are very reasonable for the...
