I walked in to pick up an order at around 5:45 p.m. on a Wednesday evening. While I was walking up to the door, there were two other individuals that had entered just before me. There were also two others patiently waiting for their orders, or to place orders- I'm not really sure which. I stood there, inside the store, for a good 5 minutes, possibly more. The other people were starting to look a bit agitated. During this time, not one employee became visible or called out that they knew we were all there, not a word. I peered through the see through portion of the door and saw an employee going about her duties and glancing toward the lobby, obviously seeing all of us, but still not a single word of acknowledgement. A couple minutes later, she finally presented to the front and assisted the first person in line. She asked for the name on his order, which he gave, quite clear and loud enough for the employee and customers to hear. She asked "what's the name again?" immediately after he had said the name. It was like she was on auto pilot. There was also an issue with there not being any cold 2 liters of Pepsi, which he had ordered. She told him to choose a different flavor or take a warm Pepsi. No apology or anything, just very matter of fact. After that guy was done and got his order, the other gentleman asked about his order and was told it was still in the oven. At that point, she half looked at me and immediately turned around to go back into the kitchen. I had to quickly ask for my order. She just said "ok" and turned back, grabbed the order and placed it on the counter. Every move she made seemed robotic and it was like she was putting no thought in her words. She was simply speaking phrases with no emotion and not even listening when customers spoke because she would say "what was that again?" when people were telling her the names for orders. This young lady was on robot mode and seemingly exhausted. She appeared to be the only one working in the store at the time because she was doing the cooking and ringing people up at the counter, and getting their orders. I'm choosing to give her the benefit of the doubt here and say that I think she could've used a hand with the shift, and maybe needs a long overdue day off. She was not rude by any means. She just appeared over worked and exhausted. If that were my daughter, I'd tell her to find a new job. Nobody can do it all on their own like that and expect excellent above and beyond customer service be given at the same time. Give this young lady a day or two off and maybe schedule some added kitchen or counter help during the...

I have never had a bad dining experience with this particular Pizza Hut as their service is always top-notch and their attention to detail is superb! However; there comes a time when you just have to go the distance and give mad rep to two very exceptional employees whose service was unsurpassed and that Huge Shout-Out as duly noted goes to two very lovely young ladies: Alandra and Christina!
In sharing this experience we were celebrating two birthdays, and found that we need some extra food that was unplanned for this event for two additional guests. Christina went the distance and made sure the food was hot, freshly prepared and accommodated the impromptu change in the order without hesitation; thus providing the coveted "service with a smile" which was greatly appreciated! We did not mind at all waiting in our vehicle by choice while they made the pizzas, and she personally waved to us to let us know the order was ready. The food was delicious and again as made mention of thoughtfully prepared, and greatly appreciated by all.
How wonderful, and very refreshing was this! Then there Alandra who too provided exceptional customer service, was very thoughtful and endearing in confirming the order after being placed online as I could tell she was smiling through the phone and that in and of itself seems to be lost in these days and just encountering service such as this made it such a wonderful experience that I was not expecting! Additionally considering it was a birthday celebration she threw in a delicious warm, and gooey chocolate chip cookie!
Talk about kindness! It gives me great pleasure to write this review and it is my sincerest hope that Pizza Hut recognizes both these employees as they did a stellar job representing the company! I would highly recommend this restaurant and now find that my family, friends and colleagues by virtue of this dining experience go now only to this Pizza Hut even if it is out their way as they experienced for themselves as a result of the birthday celebration that this is the epitome of service extraordinaire! 100 stars across the board and...
Read moreMy teenage daughter had placed a delivery order online from this location. About an hour after she ordered, she got a phone call from the delivery guy saying that he was at our door and she needed to open it. She goes to open the door and no one is there. The call she received was from a blocked number so she did not know how to contact the delivery guy. I then called the location and explained what happened to the manager. She claimed the delivery driver returned with the pizza because we had not answered the door. First, it should have been a contact-less delivery and even if no one answered he should have left it. He was clearly at the wrong house however because there was no one at our door. They told me that they would re-make the order, and we would have to wait another 45 minutes to receive it. I gave the manager specific directions to get to our front door as we lived in a condominium complex, and if you don't know the area it can be confusing. Another hour goes by and the delivery driver calls because he cannot find our place. He clearly did not follow the specific instructions I gave because he entered through the complex entrance on a main street which I specifically told him not to because we live on the edge of the community so the easiest way to get to our front door is to turn on a side street. I had to go outside and try to figure out where this guy was and chase his car down after he finally drove past me. He then gets out of his vehicle without the pizza in his hands. He asks, "Are you going to leave a tip?" with the credit card receipt and pen in his hand. I was planning to leave a tip even though this guy did not follow directions, and left the first time without delivering the pizza making us wait over two hours to receive our food. But the audacity of his attitude, and to not even present my pizza as if he were holding it hostage until he received a tip was absurd. No one is entitled to a tip, especially when they provide terrible service. This driver to demand one after providing exceptionally bad service is rude and entitled. Provide better training to...
