Let me say I am a starbucks girl. I am a hard and fast (possibly obsessed pumpkin spice devotee) so today I was disappointed. Now there are of course some starbucks that are better than others, the staff friendlier, the lattes a little sweeter and Stapley Dr is my fav local starbucks....until today. I went via the.drive thru and ordered for my man and my staple venti PSL only to be given the iced version. I made the correction and waited for my hot latte. When I received it they had literally poured the previous iced drink into a hot drink cup and thought I wouldn't notice. When I parked and went in and told the batista that my drink was stone cold , no apology nothing . She then handed me a replacement, no sleeve no stopper and no flavor....at all! To top it off when my man went to drink his drink he found a large piece of plastic floating in his coffee.. which he then tipped Down the sink.Starbucks , customer service is still a thing as far as I know. Read moreI’ve been to this location twice now and have had terrible service I will definitely not be returning as I’m trying to order there adding stuff to my drink that I’m not asking for so I said I will just go to the window so they can hear me better after ordering I was told to park and they will bring my two drinks out as I’m sitting in front of the door I can see the worker standing there leaning against the counter with her hands on top of my lids talking to another worker so I went to the door and knocked because the lobby was closed as she hands me my drinks her hand and my lid have cold foam on them from my drink witch is beyond nasty knowing her fingers were in my drink I asked for a Receipt and I was told she couldn’t reprint it I then asked for my drinks to b remade because her hands were in them and I was told they couldn’t and she closed and locked the front door worst service ever and a waist of money because I’m not drinking these thanks for the good...
Read moreInteresting situation happend about 20 mins ago. We were told by the person taking our order that it was bogo today and we could order anything we wanted and get the second item free. When we pulled up a different lady was taking payment and she said that there was no bogo and acted like we were crazy to even bring it up. We asked if she could honor it since we literally just got offered the bogo when ordering and she said no but we asked to speak to the person taking our order, Sophie. She honored it but we really still have no idea who was right and who was wrong in the situation but it was a mess. This is how I got my impossible breakfast sandwich lol. Guess we really pissed off that other lady. Too bad we didn't take down her name. She could have been a manager, who knows but she really needs to work on her customer service skills.
