I recently had the pleasure of dining at In-N-Out Burger, and I must say, it was a delightful experience!

Hot and Fresh: Right off the bat, I was impressed by how hot and fresh my meal was. The burgers were made to order, and you could definitely taste the quality ingredients. The fries were also crispy and perfectly cooked, making for a satisfying side.

Animal Style: I opted for the Animal Style burger, and it did not disappoint! The combination of grilled onions, extra spread, and cheese elevated the classic burger to a whole new level. The flavors melded beautifully, creating a deliciously indulgent treat that I can't recommend enough.

Friendly Staff: The staff at In-N-Out were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to ensure my order was correct and even offered helpful suggestions. It's always nice to be greeted with a smile, and their positive energy added to the overall experience.

Quick Service: I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the service was. Even during a busy lunch rush, my order was prepared in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. It's refreshing to find a place that values both speed and quality.

Overall, my experience at In-N-Out Burger was fantastic! From the hot and fresh food to the friendly staff and quick service, I left with a full belly and a smile on my face. I can't wait to go back and try more...

The customer service at In-N-Out never ceases to amaze me and this location is exemplar! My friend and I stopped here as we were out and about, even at dinner time with the typical 20 car long drive-thru line and four groups in line in front of us, I went to the restroom and the wait wasn't even 2 minutes because we were next by the time I was done and washed my hands. The young lady that was trying orders was courteous, polite, and enthusiastic! I handed her a $100 and, although a didn't have change, she excused herself and apologized about 10 times for not having change and having to make me wait while she got it from the manager. The manager stopped nearly instantly wear she was doing to assist her employee in getting the change and the cashier apologized another couple times as she handed me that roughly $75 change back to me. The food was done in just about 4 minutes, as I expected with the sheer number of orders they were diligently filling, both in-store, through the drive-thru, there were even a couple of deliver service orders that were picked up. As per usual, it was hot, delicious, and exactly what I expect from this...

Your store was busy. The cleaning/sanitizing guy got a table cleared and cleaned promptly. That was the highlight of our visit. The order was correct. The burgers were properly complimented with condiments. The patties were overcooked with crispy edges. The cheese was proper. The fries - despite being busy - were barely room temperature. Our up-sell to Animal Fry was a dismal failure in application. ONLY the cheese was above room temperature. How disappointing. Our expectations were: (1) Properly cooked patties. (2) Fries that are hot when delivered to the customer. (3) Animal Fries that equal the up-charge and are delivered to the customer with hot cheese and fries. We have patronized In-N-Out for decades and your team was significantly out of line with previous personal experiences. We are not disposable customers. We drove past many other dining establishments to get to this store. THEY want to meet our reasonable dining expectations. ...
