Absolutely horrible, to start I got the three shark week items, they were a complete waste of money, the ocean breeze twister tasted like dirt and coconut, The shark bite cookie was stale, and when they gave me the shark attack drink, it was a bright blue instead of the purpley red, and when I asked where the strawberry puree was, she said that she had mixed it in. It was bright blue. It also was without a shark gummy, when I asked where the gummy was and why it wasn't as bright red as the picture, she was nice enough and responded, and offered me a gummy, but I didn't want to be a hassle so I said it was all right. I was just curious. But as I sat down to drink it in the store, me and my friend overheard her loudly complaining about me in the back. My mom and I stopped by to get some cookies and drinks, Im not familiar with the menu so I kept looking at it, then I went to order to the cashier, the girl had shoulder length brown hair and light eyes, I asked if they had a specific drink that wasn’t on the menu and she looked at me like I was dumb and gave me attitude, I ignored it then I continued to order other stuff, her attitude was horrible, I’m an 18 year old girl and I’ve worked at fast food and retail, I know how it is to be tired and wanting to go home at the end of a shift but good God you don’t have to be rude to the customer that wants to give you money to buy stuff, she needs a better attitude, if you hate your job then find...

They had a real nice counter person explaining all the flavors of the cookies, we purchased two sugar cookies one was frosted with lemon and the other was a coconut lime… virtually no lime at all and very light coconut. The lemon one had some good flavor in the frosting, but the sugar cookies needed some vanilla extract in them or something. They don’t taste like any sugar cookie I’ve ever had before. But we will go back and try something different as they also offered brownies and other bar cookies that looked good.
