Don't know what has happened but our experience was awful. Went here on a Friday night. It wasn't too busy. Our server breezed by and said that she would be right back to take our drink order and never showed up again. It was 15 minutes later, ... no onnneeeeee. Another server stopped by and asked if we had been helped and I told him the deal so he took our drink order and brought them back. I also asked to speak to the manager. He came over, said that was unacceptable - I agreed - and asked what he could do to help. I asked for some of the little garlic buns they bring out with sauce. Ages later - still didn't have those. First server moved on to a large group that came in much after us - prob figured a larger tip. We hadn't even ordered at this point and another table across the way already had their food. I was so annoyed. We should have left actually.
Oh - large table got all their garlic buns - first server snatched them up as soon as they were ready and gave them to that table and 2 of her other tables ... so we still had no food and we're close to an hour in now.
Finally got our garlic buns. Told they had to wait for a new batch. We had been told that for over 30 mins but first server had grabbed them - we saw it - and gave them to tables that came in after us.
Finally got our food. We both ordered chicken parmigiana and guess what?! It was COLD. Barely even luke warm. I don't know about you, but I'm not paying $16.50 for cold food. Not doing it. We called the server over - I feel bad, he was so nice and none of this was his fault - and he said he'd have it remade. I asked for the manager to come over again AND HE NEVER DID!
We got our remake, ate a couple of bites, and packed it up to go home. It had been too long and too frustrating to even enjoy it at that point. We got free iced teas and a 15% discount for our 2 hour awful experience. We tipped our server really well because he really tried.

Read moreWe used to love the service here, then moved to Queen Creek so we hadn't been in a while. We ordered for pickup tonight and were excited to have it again.
I drove 20 minutes each way for this, and won't be again. The food is good, but expensive. My gripe is that we ordered hot wings, but what we got were honey something or other wings, not hot wings. We asked for ranch, didn't get it. The guy (Z) even verified it was ordered when i picked up, then asked again if i wanted ranch instead of blue cheese, then didn't put it in the bag.
My wife said when she ordered, they put her on hold, never came back then after a while it hung up on her. She called back and said the order taker wasn't paying a bit of attention to what she said... "I'd like a dozen hot wings" "okay, so you want 12 medium wings?" Stuff like that.
I ordered passion bread, and asked if they put pizza sauce in therl box. The guy said, oh good catch and went and got it.
She also said she'd ordered boneless wings, another screw up.
I even tipped, which I fully regret now.

Read moreNot Service Dog friendly, went there today with my disabled veteran father for fathers day with his federally recognized service dog that weighs all of 10 pounds, and as soon as we walked into the door we were immediately told by the girl hostess, you can't have that dog in here. My Dad told her he had a federal service dog card and offered to show them and she went and got another employee to tell us that we needed to leave because the dog didn't have a service vest on. The girl and the manager refused to even look at my dads service dog card and told us we needed to leave. I guess they are above federal and state law, the owner is risking a lawsuit because the ADA specifically says the dog doesn't have to wear a vest. Bad business here, do not go here they discriminate against the disabled. The owner may want to look at the camera footage from around 3pm. I will gladly provide the service card for them to see if they contact me. These 2 employees need retraining or to be fired, i have filed a civil rights complaint in the meantime to help ensure others are not discriminated against in the same manner by this restaurant or...
