Dana's Donuts — Restaurant in Mesquite

On Saturday, September 9, 2023, I made an $8 purchased from them while at the salon a few feet away. A few minutes later, I called about my sour cream donut being dry and asked for a refund. The man who answered the phone cursed me for wanting my money back. I took the sour cream donuts and donut holes back because of their poor customer service. He said to me "how can I sale the donut if you bite into it". Well, why would you sale it at all. Be careful because who don't what quality of product you're getting. This is something to think about. He and his mom, I'm guessing, told me to get out and not to come back again. Of course, I will never support this donut shop. I'm sharing this information so you'll know what to expect if you're not happy with their dry donuts. They need to learn how to treat their customers and offer options to keep...

Today I visited Dana's Donuts for the first time, and I would definitely recommend!! The lady in the store was very welcoming and respectful. 🤍 She is amazing! They make very delicious and fresh Donuts! The place is super clean, and they follow the right cleaning instructions. My experience was really good. Regarding the timing, it seems this store is for the morning shifts only since people would get their Donuts while they are leaving for work or after the morning activities. The store has cute tables and coffee if you would eat something in the morning. There is a good parking lot in front of the store. My sister and my two autistic kids when in to get some donuts, while leaving !!! my son was playing with the windows OUTSIDE.
